Good vegetarian options. Very good service on a busy night. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the hospitality..... and dancing.

Tasty indian meal, lovely interior, amazing price and great service (and that's coming from an Indian!) - definitely worth a visit.

We visited this place for Indian Food in Budapest on the basis of TA reviews - However we found it be overrated. Atmosphere is dim and dingy, run down decor and clinical service. Food was standard run of mill.. overall absolutely generic..

If you are looking for Indian food in Budapest, you will not be disappointed. Salaam Bombay offers excellent Indian food, with good service and moderately priced. Seems owned by Hungarian and chef is Indian, but food is very good and very much Indian. Recommended. Huzayf

We found this restaurant on trip advisor. We are staying at the Gresham Palace and had arrived late. This was around the corner, 2 mins walk. The food was delicious and the mix was tourists, people from India and locals. The service was very friendly, if a little slow, which suited us. Very good value.

Really authentic food with great service at a good price. Well worth a visit and one of the best curries I've had in Eastern Europe.

A very nice restaurant. The staff was attentive and nice, and made no fuss about the problem of finding seating to our large group of 19 people. The food was great as well, although quite spicy, be warned!
