Last time we have ordered by phone fried chicken to take out. Polite personnel made it ready in about half an hour. After about one hour under way, we enjoyed in still warm fried-breaded chicken. Delicious...

I was here with a group of approximately 20 people at the wedding dinner. We had a room for ourselves and it was great. The ambient is pristine combined with decoration from old times but well refurbished and maintained. We had our own waiter and he was great he was there whenever you needed him, very friendly and with great... More

I have eaten here many times... It s restaurant with long tradition & best fried chicken in town...the restaurant also has a beautiful garden with lots of trees (in nature), perfect for summer & spring afternoons. The food is simple, nothing special but very tasty... Slovenian food. It s also good place for a group or some birthday lunches or... More

This is restaurant with old tradition, they served local Slovenian food, not fancy bur real food with real taste, service is great too. We had fried chicken ( which is one of the best in Slovenia here) with roasted potatoes, salad, and 1 liter of open vine ( named Pinela, white, coming from Vipava valley in Slovenia), we paid 38... Pr' Kopač is that rare place where even if you screw up your order you'll love the food. The service is also kind and responsive. There's also a little playground for kids and also I forgot to mention, the restaurant isn't in the city so if you decide to eat outside you'll have fresh air and a look at a... More

Whenever I visited Pr' Kopač, food, wine and service was excellent. This favorite traditional countryside restaurant offers many delicious meat dishes, but it is still best known for his divine breaded fried chicken. Trout is also very tasty, as well as pastries. Open Refosco is always outstanding. Prices are moderate. Reservation is recommended. Sunday's and Monday's closed.

We've eaten pri Kopacu a few times now and always had fantastic food and great service. The first time we took friends there and loved it for its rustic charm and authenticity as well as the food. All the dishes are fresh, tasty and generous. There is nothing pretentious about this gostilna/restaurant. One of our friends is vegetarian and there... More

I love restaurants where you feel like at home. You sit almost under a barn, which is very neat. They have the best fried chicken which you can get in different sizes an dyou eat it with using your bare hands. As i said, like at home. Veal roast was delicious in clear sauce. I didn't like the waiter which... More
