After a great meal, we went to Wedel for some desserts and we weren't disappointed. If you have an inclination for a chocolate based treat, then this is a place for you. The raspberry tiramisu might be misnamed as it really isn't tiramisu, but it is delicious.

Coffee, cakes, cheesecake (not NY style!), ice creams... delightful interior, excellent service. What's not to like? Go there!

This is a restaurant devoted to chocolate. There are all different kids of chocolate available and the menu is extensive but I was not impressed by the hot chocolate. I thought it would be much better.

When it comes to cafés, Warsaw is all about them, and Wedel is no stranger to the concept. Thy have been around for nearly a century and are experts in the chocolate business...be sure to sip in on that fantastic hot chocolate...but beware, it is realy, but really thick...enjoy!

I visited Wedel twice at the Old Town location. We both had traditional hot chocolate and wonderful chocolate and marscapone crepes. The first time we shared the crepes, but went back a week later and each ordered our own. They are too good to share. I can't wait to go back for more. The decor is charming and service is... More

Not your typical hot chocolate. I had pistachio and chocolate. Nice fast service. We came on a Tuesday at noon. Well worth the visit.

We expected to have some cake and a nice hot chocolate. But at 5pm there was no more cake available so we had just a nice hot chocolate.

I was born and grew up in Warsaw but have lived in London for 30 years. My Father brought me here as a child and so I took my partner to enjoy my memories and a lovely hot chocolate and cheesecake. It was delicious but not as high class as I remember it. My partner is not a chocolate or... More

Just go to Wedel, sit down and have a cup of the traditional hot chocolate. No chocolate drink that you ever have thereafter will compare, but at least those others will bring back to you the memory of Warsaw and E. Wedel.

Some minutes walk from Warsaw old town you can reach to one of the oldest chocolate makers in poland. There are assorted kind of chocolate and cookies and different kind of dessert. Moderate service and a little high price but worth trying. Breakfast menu seems delicious.
