Simply Divine

During my stay in Warsaw, me and my friends stumbled upon this lovely little place and Boy am I glad we did. I ordered a Latte ans Sugar free drinking chocolate and it was delicious plus the restaurant has a cosy old fashioned feel to it with the staff dressed like early 20th century workers. Ok. I must say this cafe is all about its ambience, which is very sophisticated and comfortable. I tried a sampler of 3 hot chocolates (white, milk and dark). They were good, but not impressive. Maybe it could be better before it was bought by Cadbury. Unless you really crave for chocolate, I would recommend using your money for other... More

Its like heaven for chocolate lovers where you will be overwhelmed by the options available. You can easily spend 30 minutes just browsing through the menu and still cannot decide what to order. My favorite was chef's (costing less than £10!!) which even when shared between 2 of us was too much and we had to skip lunch. Visit to... More

The menu contains many hot chocolate variations but we chose the dark bittersweet which was not too sweet. rather good and very indulgent. It is served with a glass of water. The interior stylish and quite sophisticated. Good selection of cakes - I enjoyed looking at other people's selections as they were very pleasing on the eye (I don't like... More

Wedel is one of the most valued chocolate producers in Poland. This cafe at Szpitalna serves all types of their chocolates both liquid and solid. Additionally, this is a charming place with lots of character. A must go!

Worst experience ever. Came to cafe on 1st January, it was pretty busy (a lot of clients and busy waitresses) but we wanted to buy some chocolate for souvenirs. When I choose stuff, then one waitress came to me and said something in Polish language with angry face. I said: "Sorry?" And she said with angry voice on English: "We... More

Truly chocolate heaven. A very attractive cafe and chocolate shop serving a great variety of light lunches, indulgent desserts and drinks. We ordered a tasting trio of hot chocolates, so yummy. If you like chocolate then please try this cafe.

An nice, 19 century style café, built all around the chocolate - drinks, pralines, cakes, etc. Wedel is the oldest chocolate brand in Poland. Do not miss their hot chocolate, although it is a more than monthly portion of cacao !

We were there for a choc-heavy brunch. On the one hand this place tries to be a 'luxury coffee and chocolate lounge'. But this positioning was spoiled by the large kids groups/ events at one end. I can't blame the kids, but it does spoilt the atmosphere in the rest of the place. So it was not the 'treat' we... More
