Pleasant little place - food ok, staff great

Waiting staff were friendly and attentive - they served us with professionalism and flair. You can tell that the establishment is serious and passionate about customer service. Food was very good ( we tried the grilled sausage with fried onion, dumplings with white cheese & potato, pork chop Polish style) and the apple pie was excellent (the whipped cream/ice-cream was not my taste) the environment difficult to describe, sure it was unique, full with history and memories, too full though for a place you eat and sit... I've been there for breakfast with a group of colleagues and they serve a buffet that is quiet poor. They just pulled out bread and salami out of a bag in front of us. The fried and scrambled eggs though were really good. The staff is king and polite.

Had 2 meals here and 1 breakfast. Food was superb and the pork knuckle was a special treat. Very interesting decor with lots of memorabilia. Staff were excellent. Even if you are full after the main course go for the Apple Pancakes. Wonderful. Yes as some have said tables are close together but not a problem. Just adds to the... More

What a great place! Really good food and solid portions. Great decor on the walls, giving credit to the old Radio Free Europe and the people who worked with giving the people in the communist countries an alternative radio chanel. Good service and really nothing else to say than: Visit the Radio Cafe if you are in Warszaw!

I had passed this restaurant two nights previously and after reading the positive reviews thought I had misjudged it so on our last night we gave it a try. service was friendly and the waiter went out of his way to find me something like a rose wine-it was a desert wine I think-and he suggested things from the menu.... Very near the Marriot, it's a very cool place and the various courses good. Very delicious is the Beef rolls served with buckwheat. Gentle and nice waiters, good guys!.

Just around the corner from the Marriott, a little farther from the Mercure and the Intercontinental, this place is worth a short walk. I asked the waiter for advice, and he pointed to the roast duck. "Best thing on the menu" he said. "Beer?" I said. "A local draft?" he said. "Yes," I said. This is a bistro, an informal... More

The location is brilliant, close to the Central station, metro ... The place is nice and cosy... the food is good, the choice a bit strange ... very "polish traditional" but then some tiger prawn and curry ... but at the end you can find something you like. The service is slow... not that the waiters would be unkind... but... More

Nothing to complain about, just a very good place to eat. After the starter, the main dishes came immidiately, freshly made and hot. Great place and great prices!
