This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.

Extraordinary experience!

Service was great and food was just amazing but i would recommend it only to open minded people who like to experience something different. You can be sure that you will never find flavors like this again but if you are very traditional when it goes about food, than go somewhere else. I think... read more

I loved it! I am a vegetarian and the Michelin starred restaurant accommodate me to my specification and it was great. I loved the chocolates they serve as well. I go to San Sebastian from time to time, but this is even better than many. Great place. Small room so service is excellent. Menu of 8 dishes is heavenly. There... More

8 small plates tasting menu together with flights of wine -- one for each plate. Wonderfully imaginative and completely unexpected for Warsaw --- where we expect central European classic cuisine. My host des cried it as modern Polish in that it the chef takes classic ingredients used in Polish cooking and reimagines them in the most unusual manner. It is... More

When we went to Warsaw in Desember 2015 we were looking for a special restaurant and one with at least one Michelin Star. Then we found this restaurant - and we were not disappointed! In December they only serve a 12 course Christmas Menu so we went for it. And we were just thrilled. The entire staff was extremely friendly... More

We were 6 guys, 32-33 years, visiting Warsaw for a long weekend, and I had made a reservation for 19:00 on the Saturday. We took a taxi there and were greeted outside by the staff. They took our coats and showed us to our table. The restaurant is quite small and the interior has the correct exclusive look for this... More

A Michelin-restaurant in Poland! Had to be visited. And it was a fantastic experience. The eight “moments” turned out to be 14, if you count everything, including three amuse-bouche to start with, some in the middle and petit fours for the coffee. The meal was a really great experience. It was not overdone or too “artificial” as can be the... More

By far the best meal and food experience in Poland to date, and one of the best ever. Friendly, attentive and professional staff gave a warm welcome, and made sure that we got a night to remember. The food was excellent, and the wine complemented the food perfectly. Great value for money as well.

We had one of the worst meals I have ever experienced. Amaro is experimental food- but that does not make it enjoyable. The flavours and combinations are strange to the extent that they become unpalatable, and downright unpleasant. Some of the food actually made me feel sick and i could not stomach 6 of the 8 courses. For example, we... More

This place is very much overrated! Small room in a strange style being a mixture of modern design, post-comunism and quasi luxury. Food is average and some courses are really terrible (eg lamb). Very small portions arranged in an infantile style (eg before Xmas every course looks like a christmas tree - my toddler would probably enjoy it but for... More
