Description: This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.

Of course I had to book 3 months in advance to get a reservation in this establishment. When the day finally arrived we were off to a bad start. I was called two times to postpone the time as my table was not yet ready, after that I received only texts... One even on my way to the restaurant. It... More

We loved the dishes - nice design and great taste. The waiters did everything to be polite, but it was slightly overdone, so made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Still very much worth the visit. Best part were sthe fresh, home made breads.

Awsome place to visit and eat. Tiny dishes, not served a la carte but you choose from 3, 5 or 8 moments (dishes). We tried 8 moments with the choice of wines, and although each dish is really very small we left the restaurant full of food. Prepared from best, natural ingridients, available in Poland. Great experience of varation on... More

Beware of the "selection of polish spirits menu" though, you end up drinking half a bottle of spirits, and can end up quite drunk in the end if you finish all your glasses…but hey, this is the polish way to drink anyway. The food it self is small masterpieces to complex to describe, just go there!

Taken for lunch by our Polish friend on a brief visit to Warsaw, this was a marvellous experience with a series of tasty, beautifully presented dishes, using fresh, local ingredients.

After yesterday dinner still feel disgusted! Not by the food which was quite ok (for sure not excellent and no breathtaking experience:-)) however the service and general impression about the people working there is really disapoining. Especially the sad guy who was supervising the others. This is Polish syndrom to become arogant after first very little victory or small recognitioin.... More

This was our first trip to Poland and I hadn't experienced the food culture here before. Our meal here was excellent. We had done a fair bit of research before coming so we were fairly confident it would be good. The maître d is very gracious, welcoming and polite and the staff are some of the most efficient and attentive... More

We just came back from our. First visit to Poland, for my birthday we got a reservation to Atelier Amaro which is the only 1 michelin star restaurant in Poland. Because of a misunderstanding we arrived at the restaurant a little early, and that was really the only problem with the restaurant, they have no Bar and no other place... More

It was a special experience. I walked into Atelier Amaro expecting something like an art performance which will happen in front of my eyes. And it did. The magic starts with a superb service and then the food arrives. Two amouse bouche, one being a liofilized piece of apple with a cheddar cheese sauce. The apple was incredibly concentrated and...
