This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.

A world-class table

This restaurant was by far the highlight of our trip to Warsaw. We only have ever had a better experience at Diverxo, Madrid. Atelier Amaro deserves at least a second Michelin star, if not a third. We tried to the 8-course menu with spirit pairing; yes, that is seven different spirits! Poland is... read more

During the come back tour to Warsaw I decided to visit with my friends the famous and 'celebrity' oriented restaurant in Warsaw. Honestly, it was interesting waste of time. The concept is nice, food is interesting in presentation however too much trying to be 'sophisticated' in taste. Very fatty and vinegar oriented (I stopped at cauliflower with pork fat and... More

Nordic Cooking in a Polish a Way. W.M. Amaro clearly bases on his Noma experience and great polish ingredients. The effect is amazing - simple but complex, fresh but elaborated, shocking but elegant. Service and atmosphere much the food. The cherry on the top is the vodka and liquor tasting as an alternative to wine. At last - Poland is... More

I've been coming to Atelier Amaro regularly for the last years, as it's by far my favourite restaurant in Warsaw. The restaurant itself is very small, so reservations are needed in advance. Normally you have to book some months ahead to get a dinner reservation, although lunch reservations are much more flexible. The food is based on the concept of... More

Everything was said about that place already and I agree with all the positive reviews. This is not a meal in the good restaurant - it is a food adventure. I have expected such adventure and was not dissappointed. Tastes of the Moments were perfectly balanced, presentation of all dishes great and the plates themself - beautiful and absolutely unusual.... More

We went for 8 moments dinner and my boyfriend also had the spirits tasting. It's a fairly small restaurant but has got a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The service was attentive and pleasant. Also, the timing worked quite well for us. The menu consisted of traditional Polish ingredients, especially exploring the under-utilised ones! Amuse bouche could be served in one... More

I visited many three stars restaurant and some of them were worse than this one star. I can't find any mistake, local products served in many ways. Great service. You should try also combination of food and polish spirits.

I can say that this was the greatest dining experience I have had to date. I have eaten in one, two and three Michelin starred restaurants in the US and this blows them all out of the water. The menu was so thoroughly thought out and Polish. I had the Polish Spirits pairing with the tasting menu and I highly... More

we have visited the restaurant in 8 on the Saturday evening. everything went extremely well, the interior is pretty modest, but welcoming. It is not huge, but the space among the tables is comfortable and nobody is sitting on anybodys back. lack of parking is compensated by the location- convenient and close to the centre. Service is descrete and very... More
