This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.

Well earned Michelin star

This restaurant is really worth a visit. Both the food and the service were impeccable. The menu is flavourful and interesting. They play on earthy flavours, while keeping up high end finish you would expect from a star restaurant. This is guaranteed the best food you will find in Poland.

Impecabile service. The menu consists of 5 or 8 small dishes (momets) and each is served in a different cutlery with a poetic description of what is on your plate. All staff speak English and can do descriptions in both languages. You can ask them to consider any food requirements, we took one veggie, one fish menu and one gluten... More

First of all the service at place is Amazing, I mean amazing to the degree that even our table wasn't ready on time (previous guest stayed too long) they somehow managed to getaway with clever sense of humour (cheeky) The food is called there "moments" and it make sense, each change is companied with accurate alcohol and interesting anecdote. It... More

My recent visit to Atelier Amaro was even more fascinating than the previous one of last year. I continue to be greatly impressed with the unexpected complexity of the dishes, the fantastic spirits and liquors, and the service, but this time I was overwhelmed by the “unity in diversity” of the menu titled by the Chef Wojciech Modest Amaro as... i went with colleagues during a business trip, and we looked quite out of our place--lots of couples having romantic dinner and two of them are having birthday fireworks candle and liquid nitrogen were brought to them, in name of magic. We had very interest food, with selected liquor, each course was explained in details and my fussy vegetarian colleague... More

Went here as part of a couples trip in may. The food was great, but what made it memorable for us was the somelier. He made our visit absolutely outstanding. Fun experience! Prices as to be expected from a place with a Michelin star.

Our first dinner in Warswa was Modest Amaros Atelier. Very warm and nice welcome. The location is prefect for such an "adventure". 13 Courses ( all in all with amouse bouches ) and a good bottle of wine. The Somelier did an excellent job with knowledge, details and he know how to serve. The food was awesome good. We enjoyed... More

Second time in this small but extra-ordinary restaurant. It is in my top 5 of all-time favourites. All dishes are pure and do honour the main ingredients. The lamb tartare almost made me cry - because it was heavenly good. The pigeon was the best I ever ate. The smoked asparagus combined well with the local cheese. Every dish is... More

Atelier Amaro sits in a lovely spot (whose previous purpose shall go unmentioned), ensconced in Lazienki Park. The dining room is tiny, so reservations long in advance are a must. You get the choice of an 8-course or a 5-course tasting menu. Portions are small, so you'll probably leave hungry if you opt for the 5-course option. The 8-course menu... More
