This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.

Our first dinner in Warswa was Modest Amaros Atelier. Very warm and nice welcome. The location is prefect for such an "adventure". 13 Courses ( all in all with amouse bouches ) and a good bottle of wine. The Somelier did an excellent job with knowledge, details and he know how to serve. The food... read more

Second time in this small but extra-ordinary restaurant. It is in my top 5 of all-time favourites. All dishes are pure and do honour the main ingredients. The lamb tartare almost made me cry - because it was heavenly good. The pigeon was the best I ever ate. The smoked asparagus combined well with the local cheese. Every dish is... More

Atelier Amaro sits in a lovely spot (whose previous purpose shall go unmentioned), ensconced in Lazienki Park. The dining room is tiny, so reservations long in advance are a must. You get the choice of an 8-course or a 5-course tasting menu. Portions are small, so you'll probably leave hungry if you opt for the 5-course option. The 8-course menu... More

I visited this place with my husband, brother and father. It is located next to the beautiful park Lazienki that one should visit when in Warsaw. We walked to the place and did not have a car and first impression wasn't very positive since the street is pretty dark and the parking not very nice, they should improve that since... More

The only 1-star Michellin in Poland is in Warzaw. We tried to book a month in advance. Impossible. Two days before departure we got a mail. There had been a cancellation. Yes! We got a table for our 5-person company. A taxi got us there after we presented him the adress. Strange building seen from the outside, but a beautiful... More

I was visiting Atelier with my co-workers few weeks ago, and i must say this was an impressive adventure. You cannot name this in a different way, dinner would be way too inapropriate. When we entered we were welcomed, seated and amazed by small size of restaurant, first thought was - this is much too small, crowdedm and loud. And it... More

We went in March and took the 8 moments menu, overall the majority of the dishes were good, 1 dish was average and one was not good (black carrot dish). The sommelier really knows his profession (AA+), rest of the staff was okay. The maître was behaving snobbish towards us (I don't like people who are too stiff or who... More

Well - what to say!! I have eaten at a number of Michelin star restaurants but do not consider myself a foodie snob. There is sometimes a tendency to feel a lack of confidence about your abilities to review a restaurant when all those ' in the know' are giving out Michelin stars and saying how wonderful it is! This... More

I enjoyed the generous use of herbs and the freshness of the combinations. Only fish was not cooked perfectly. However, the Service was not on the level of the food. Wine came always late, questions were not answered, etc. The waiters were not on top things, just memorized what to say by heart.

Overall experience completely ruined by the price of the champagne and the wine. Very good food, nice ambient, atractive, young stuff. We were enjoying it until we got the bill. The price of the food is ok, however when looking at the price of champagne for example, we found out, that the price of the glass of it was almost... More
