On our first day in Warsaw, after walking all around the Old Town, we stopped here to enjoy a beer and mushroom soup. The soup was excellent, beer nice and cold, and the bread was also very good. We sat across from the main restaurant in their outdoor area and enjoyed people-watching. We were entertained by watching the gentleman dressed... More

The colourful character waving people in is the only interesting part of this place. It was the only restaurant of the 3 in the street that did Golumpki and Bigos so we went in. Once the order was taken we waited for ages, the beer wasnt ice cold, the food was luke warm, the Golumpki was watery, the Bigos was... More

Colorfully dressed fellow in the street convinced me to try this spot on my recent walk through Old Town. I had a wonderful greek sald and a great plate of meat pierogis along with nice cold glass of local beer. Food was good, staff was friendly, good value.

From the outside it looked good and there were people sitting inside (as it later turned out all foreigners) the waiter stand on the street inviting me for Polish food. The Zurek was below average and the pirogi beyond critics. The local beer from tap and the vodka were ok

Happened upon this place walking through Old Town. We had the duck and rabbit, both well prepared. No complaints. Reasonably priced too.

I was there with a friend on 16.03.2013 and we were suprised in a bad way, we ordered a coke but it was more or less with sparkles.... we also had Zurek, its a typical sour-soup, it was quite good and we good enough bread. then I ordered typical polish apple cake with ice , which was very good but... Looking for another great restuarant with my boyfriend, we found this one. We organized our date there and it was worth of our time and money. The value is good. The restaurant serves traditional polish food, very possitive experience! Located on the Old Town, you can find many more restaurants in the area but this one is a good choice... More

We found this restaurant by chance and popped in for a small lunchtime snack. The menu is very good and very comprehensive for a small restaurant. I chose smoked salmon blini as it is one of my favourites. What I was not expectign was probably the best blini I have tasted. OK maybe the Mainson du Caviar in Monaco or... More

The place was nice and quiet. A great end to a busy day. Ordered bigos and mushroom soup as starters and veal and the pork filet with mushroom sauce. The portions are big, the main dishes came with salads and fried potatoes. Had no room for dessert.

This restaurant is off the main square in the old town and therefore is quiet and not as busy - thankfully - we found the noise in the square too much for us. If you turn to your left as soon as you reach the old town, exactly opposite the palace, walk 100 yards, you'll find it. It's on the... More
