If you love steak you will be in heaven! If you go for dinner with someone who is not a devoted carnivore, they will suffer! The menu is short and very "butchery".The steaks are premium quality but still a bit to go, if compared with some of the NYC steakhouses. I asked for medium and got medium/well. Having "wine" in... I have rated this earlier, but just wanted to state once again. The best stakes in Warsaw, great winelist (try their Hungarian Pinot Noir). Classic food that is hard to find better in most cities across europe

We wanted a very good steak and were not disappointed. The caveat is that we went for the creme de la creme: Australian wagyu beef. The waiter suggested we share a larger piece, ca. 800 grams and that was a hit. Larger pieces give the potential to have crisp, charred, well-done outside while the inside is still rare. And that... They serve one of the best steaks in Poland - that's for sure! There's plenty of meat to choose from and if you feel a little bit lost waiters will gladly help you. Some of them even try to be helpful a little bit too much... Rushing to my table and shouting that I should put down the bottle and... More

Let's start with the positives: the steak in Butchery and Wine was definately the best I've ever had in Warsaw. Also the apetizers we took were great. So for the food I'd give maximum score. But the 2 major disadvantages made my virst to this restaurant also the last one: 1) Service - the waited (she was Polish and I... More

Usually not caring a lot about the staff, the argument of not eating dinner in here was them. A location which appears to be so fancy should afford to let the staff learn some rules of behaviour... deterrend!

B&W is an outstanding restaurant. My steak -- a 28-day dry-aged Polish beef ribeye -- was absolutely perfect, but so was everything else, including my starter, a simple but extremely flavorful kohlrabi salad, and the grilled octopus. A word about the octopus: This dish is no afterthought. The chef, I discovered, worked for quite a while in Greece where he... More

Arrived to this place to try out the burger based on word of mouth. As we sat and waited for our burger we saw juicy pieces of meat floating around on wooden boards accompanied by sauces and side dishes. We had to try a beef filet, medium, with a side of spinach and parsnips with honey and thyme, what an... More

Firstly you will need to book. Staff are knowledgable and happy to suggest wines, sides and cuts of meat. Unless you are very hungry miss out the starters - which would be a shame as the sweetbreads and scallops both delicious or you could share a steak as they are huge. Try the polish air dried streak and the polish... More

Book this! You are unlikely to just walk in....it's a fabulous steakhouse...don't risk missing it. The staff are very knowledgeable. The steaks are HUGE and delicious. The wine list extensive and VERY variable in price. We tried the only white polish wine on the list (it was also one of the cheapest) and it was the nicest wine I'd had... More
