The greatest steak in town (and neighborhood)

We are of six and we have had a Sunday lunch here, actually at Zurawia 20 new wing. We have made a reservation the day before. The food was delicious - we had as a starter the selection to share (very delicious octopus- surprising fresh!!!, at Jacques and green salad with goat cheese). Great to... read more

I have been here many times with my friends and with my wife. The menu it's not so generous, but the meat it's very good. Also the wine list offers you a wide variaty of wines from South America to Europe, France or Italy. You need to book a table in advance with couple of days if you want to... More

So good we went back the second night!!After traveling through eastern Europe we were a little over schnitzel and pork. The food is great here- the entrees were delicious and with great variety. The steaks and chateaubriand amazing - my husband wishes this was his local. Steaks don't come with sides these are extra but perfectly cooked veges still with... More

Went there on a Saturday and did not book in advance, so there was only tables outside available when we arrived. We had the choice of taking a table outside, or just order drinks and wait outside until one of the tables inside the restaurant was free, as some people were about to leave. We decided to order drinks and... More

I have found it very difficult to get a high quality steak in Europe. As most the other reviews stated....you can here. Appetizers were very good. Service was outstanding.

Was great but last 2 meals have been average. The menu says home made fries - I got frozen fries and when I complained I got "the shrug" and "that's what we have, home made not made today".

Visited Butchery & Wine whilst on business in Warsaw. We were a large group (14) and I know that when you are in large groups you dont really get the best experience in a restaurant. However, at Butchery & Wine it was a welcome surprise. We went there for the meat obviously, although they do have other options on the... More

Amazing beef fillet and rump-steak. Made to order, in perfection. The best piece of meat I had in Warsaw. Super expensive, but totally worth the money to the last dime spent. You have to take the french fries side dish - truly F$#king amazing. The garlic&bacon soup was very nice. I did not like side-sauces for the meat, but that's... More

We had reserved in this very good restaurant in Warzaw, and that is probably very needed as the restaurant was full (on a Monday evening). The starter was good, but we were there for the beef and we were not disappointed. They keep the beef in a perfectly tempered fridge, so you see what you have ordered before it's prepared.... More
