I Love Pierogies

My family is a pierogie-loving family. I made them once, but I'm too lazy to do that again, so we usually get frozen ones. So, to have pierogies not made by Mrs. T was a treat, and to have them be so wonderful was even better. My daughter and I both had the Ruskie, which is cottage cheese and... read more

It is nice place for food, especially for pierogi lovers, lovely mulled wine. We were sitting there something like 3 hours eating dinner. Everything was perfect, food, service, lovely rustic apple autumn decoration. I really enjoyed and definitey i will be beck soon.

Sure the food was nice. Though the piece de resistance of this restaurant is it's interior design. Where the walls, light fixtures, and furniture are hand painted. Simple yet effective. It is very cool, and could almost be interpreted as a homage to the history of the rebuilt old-town, and city of Warsaw, of which it is situated in.

There are 2 locations - one in the old town and one on Constitution Square. Both are excellent with delicious pierogi, good beer, and very helpful wait staff.

Dropped in here for a late lunch after reading the TA reviews. Certainly worth a visit. There are several (3??) of these restaurants in Warsaw; we visited a small one near the Old Town square. Had the steamed pierogie, two types and both were very nice. Finished it off with a good beer.

In March '13 I traveled to Warsaw with a group of 38 students. We were staying at Nathan's Villa Hostel right around the corner from a Pierrogeria. It was an incredible choice. Plenty of tasty perogies, they easily accommodated our group. The dessert perogies were a big hit. It was a tremendous evening!

Well done to this small restaurant for accommodating our group of 14 people at a moments notice, they moved furniture with a smile and good humour to fit us all on to one table. With such a great choice of perrogi on the menu, all the people in the group enjoyed there dinner including the vegetarians amongst us. Not being... More

We have found this restaurant by the TA during our stay in Warsaw. What a good choice it was! The restaurant is situated in the old part of the city and has a very nice athmosphere. We wanted to try the pierogia though we did not know exactly what is that :) We chosed it with chicken, cheese and mushroom... More

We were in warsaw and wanted to try a traditional food like pierogi. As vegetarians, we were quite skeptical to find something, but here we found a huge variety of perrogi! The majority of them are vegetarian, with no meat or fish! I suggest you to try a mix of both oven-cooked and boiled perrogi, with a sauce for the... More
