Pretty nice

really lovely establishment and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was decent value and the portions were a good size. I've had authentic polish food many times before and I found this to be a little too fancy to be called traditional. Nevertheless it was tasty :)

Following visit to Resistance museum stopped here for lunch. Shared a hot starter platter of onion rings , sausages chicken, deep fried haloumi with cranberry ,mayo and salsa dips. Very tasty and just enough. Sat outside and service was attentive even though we were the only ones outside. Offered blankets and kept checking we were ok . Chatted to friendly manager.Sone... More

Absolutely the “best meals” in Warszawa! We went to the Folk Gospoda on a local’s recommendation and couldn't have found a better restaurant for our first meal in Poland. We visited the restaurant on the eve of the AC/DC concert and it was slammed with customers both inside and outdoors, but the staff keep up with the busy pace and... More

Had some great Polish dumplings and pork knuckle. Good beer. The best part was the facilities for kids. A small play area kept the little one busy and the toilet had very good diaper changing facilities.

I can't say enough great things about this place. It's near the business district in Warsaw, so they must get a lot of corporate customers, which means their staff speaks great English and they are extremely efficient with ordering, plating, and bringing the check — though you never feel rushed at all. The dishes are delicious, and there is a... More

We went there with people who wanted to discover polish food, living ourselves in Warsaw we actually never went there before. The atmosphere inside is really original without being overpowering like in some traditional restaurant. Waitresses wear traditional clothing, and they do look nice in it, they are as well really helpful, and friendly. We simply ordered a plate of... More

On the evening before leaving Warsaw, we visited Folk Gospoda, because it was near our hotel. What a wonderful experience! I tried the wild boar loins, my wife the ducks and our son an out-of-this-world hamburger. The wild boar in my top-3 eating experience so far (I'm 57 as of this writing). Delicious beer, as well. Service warm and efficient.... More
