Traditional Atmosphere

A nice restaurant with traditional decor and good food at a reasonable price. Very busy, but staff were pleasant and helpful. A fun evening.

Folk Gospoda is a great restaurant with authentic Polish dishes. The starters were amazing with a large selection of Polish specialties, all the main courses were plentiful and delicious, the beers were good and the service excellent. Highly recommended!

Very typical place in the center of Warsaw; the atmosphere is great (the very beautiful waitresses wear the typical polish clothes) and the food is delicious. I had the patè, a venison steak and a slice of cheesecake...everything was wonderful! The staff is very nice...if I come back in warsaw I'll surely eat here again!

Arrived at 6:30pm on a Thursday evening and it was already packed. Food was pre-prepared/over cooked. Staff were friendly and enjoyed their "strong" beer and though it was a step or two up on eg the Hofbräuhaus, it still felt a little canned. Not an "authentic" Polish experience.

We were here a group of 11, including 5 children. It was great experience! Food was delicious - polish, authentic and big portions. The service was kind and patience to kids - some of the dishes were missing but overall good experience!

Came here for dinner on a recent visit to Warsaw. Good location near lots of sights and hotels. It has very authentic decor and the servers are traditionally dressed. They serve beer in large five liter tubes which allows you to pour your own at the table...however, drink fast because it can get warm quickly. The portions are massive!! Consider... More

Local atmosphere and food! Kitchen was open atleast until 11pm. Got a table for two without reservation, even though it was packed. Good prices compared to quality! :)
