very good food. 1 ration is enough for 2 people. Very nice decoration, good location in the city centre. Its quite expensive but worth to visit this place.

for a change this restaurant is fine for indian food, make sure you give them proper tips before ordering as some times it could be bit sweet. It is a adventurous attempt by polish owners to run an indian cusine restaurant. I appreciate their initatives ,located in cool traditional arch type underground building probably renovated from a former club. The orange... More

Stick to the Polish food which was lovely in every restaurant we visited... This is an Indian restaurant run by Polish who have OBVIOUSLY never eaten real Indian food. My wife thought she would be safe and have chicken tikka masala but what she got was chicken bolognese it was ridiculous onion bhajis where just plain onion rings keema naam... More

I'm a big fan of indian food for years now, it's sad that indian food in Poland is still not THAT indian. I've been to this restaurant twice, once about a year ago, when I was served a relatively good chana daal with too crispy naan and recently, when I had the balti dish that wasn't really a balti. the... We visited twice in July 2011. We ate two different chicken dishes on both occasions, and both time they tasted the same - tomato base with chicken pieces - too sweet. They didn't taste anywhere close to anything Indian. Being an Indian, I thought I'm eating some other cuisine. Though the lamb curry and the fish dish was good. Being... More

I am not an India fan. In fact, I cannot really distinguish Indian food from any other oriental one. But one thing is a fact. The food there is delicious. We have ordered two dishes from Tandoor oven with basmati rice and fresh vegetables. It was really delicious. Also, the traditional desserts are awesome. Prices are reasonable, for dinner for... We went here recently for a family celebration, not without some trepidation - there have been several attempts at Indian or Indian-style food in Torun in recent years, and the quality has been patchy at best. There was no need to worry - Royal India offers a large and varied menu (available online) in a pleasant environment. The fairly typical... More
