This lovely place is temporary closed because of renovation: we experienced it this night unfortunately. We ate pirogi around the corner, but it wasn't that good

Very tasty food but be prepared to wait to get your order up to one hour. On weekend they do not accept reservations.

Food is very traditional polish with a small sense of new polish cousine. Soups and dumplings excellent. Staff a bit overwhelmed when it is really busy and u need to wait a while but they do try their best :) worth going

It has great design and atmosphere. Especially cheedecake is very delicious and it has unique taste. If you have options should not go on dinner time, between 19:00 - 21:00 it is too crowded.

Oh my god! What a great place. Pierogis, soup, salads, pickles, the bread, Szarlotka (Apple) pie, the beer, the wait staff, all excellent. No reservations accepted. Plan on eating a little earlier than the European normal time of 1900 to 2000, because they will be packed, with a waiting line . . Its that good! I eat here 4 times... More

We had the baked dumplings, which were lovely (even though they got them mixed up), followed by an unappetising cheesecake and coffee. Price including a bottle of wine was approx. £23. Parts of the meal were missing and we had to chase staff to get them for us, which took some time. Lots of waiting around between courses and generally... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by a woman working in the tourist info of Poznan. I asked her a good traditional Polish food restaurant with tasty food, and not pricy. This restaurant exceeded my expectations!! First of all there were many locals eating in it, a great plus to start with. Secondly, the menu had a lot of options,... More

A busy restaurant clearly very popular so tables are in short supply at times. Excellent value for money and excellent food. Friendly service and good selection of beer, including a warm beer ideal on a cold night. Nice interior, old style but modern finish. So the traditional soups were excellent, and very large portions. Bread and dips were also given... More

Not because its my first European restaurant. This place really met my expectations which is unexpected that something may satisfy what I have expected. This is out of expectation! :D Seriously .. go there, you will know when you go. ;)

It was my second visit here so I knew what to expect. Good food, tasty beer. I would recomend mix of 3 pierogi, for a lady it's quite big portion. Also you will get welcome snack - bread, curd dip and pickled cucumbers.
