As @burya999 mentioned, the bald guy at the bar does resemble a skinhead and may be racist toward foreigners. I felt really uncomfortable there and felt as if the bald guy and his buddies hanging around were talking about us the whole time. Lots of giggles from them. And the service is VERY slow!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Way too noisy. Food not that great. Great location though. Especially in the summer when they have tables setup outside. Only problem then if you're a smoker it seems like every 5 minutes or so someone asks you for a cigarette. I can get annoying after a while

People be cautious!!! If you're foreigners you may be DIFFERENT to them like we've been told we were during our dinner at that place!!! We came to "U Szewca" to eat steaks, because they are really great at this place and to our surprise we felt absolutely undesired guests. Bold barman (resemled a skinhead) was ignoring our requests and made... More

Amongst the trendies venues in Lublin Old Town, it is ideal for drinks but not for fast service ;though the wait was worth it.Al fresco gives it the edge over some others and the food was good. Beer was dearer, interesting decor and tables.Recommend Chlodnik Lubelski....superb cold soup ,full of goodness.

Located in a historical building ( 3 levels) with spacious but always crowdy summer garden it is still one of the trendies venues in Lublin Old Town - ideal for drinks but do not expect fast service ( especially if you order food). Summer garden is facing Po Farze Sq. where open air concerts are held during summer weekends (... More

visited this place a year ago whilst wandering round the 'old town'.it purports to be an 'irish' pub and to an extent it is .most of the food being consumed seemed to be pizza to a predominantly young crowd,on a sunday afternoon.maybe this explains why ,as a 55 year old tourist male i finished my rather pricey pint and went... Pub and Restaurant "U Szewca" is easy to find because it's located in the Old Town. Szewc was the first restaurant that I visited in Lublin five years ago and it was very nice experience. Nice service, good music, cozy inside and good food. After that I visited Szewc a few times and I had mixed feelings because the service... More

The pub is a nice place for a friends' get together and never fails to provide a nice atmosphere, especially if you rent it out for a private party. Menu is extensive, with lots of choices. And it might not be the best food, the portions are very generous. Amazing location. Loving the baby corner of Sundays :)

A great place to have a drink, big variety of beer, very good non-alcoholic drinks. Don't know much about food but was looking very tasty. Fantastic interior, nice but slow staff.
