My first visit to this restaurant after many business trips to Wroclaw. It was a pleasant evening so I sat at a table outside overlooking the square. I had a local soup in a bread Loaf which was different and tasty. Followed by Pork fillet with fried potatoes all of which was very nice. The service was good although the... More

very good traditional food, service also on high level. Good place to take guests from other countries to show them Polish traditional meals. Design real interesting, worth to visit during summer time as it is placed in the heart of Old TOWN

Great polish food. Bit expensive but worth it. Highly recommended especially typical polish interior design of that restaurant makes it perfect.

We arrived as a group of 9 for a meal at about 10pm. We were almost turned away at the door as the owner obviously thought that we just wanted drinks - when we expalined that we wanted a meal we were seated fairly quickly. The service was extremely slow - something we experienced at a number of the cafes... More

This is definately among the better restaurants around about the Square in Wroclaw, where the best restauarants tend to located. We particularly liked the meat Pierogi which were very good indeed: had to be as my wife is not normally a Pierogi fan. I would go as far as to say the best I have ever tried.(not as doughey as... By Polish standards this is a pricey place - about £15 - £25 each for three courses without drinks - and the wine list is expensive by any standards at £20 upwards/bottle. So is it worth it? Mmme. My 'slippery jack' mushroom' was nice - but simply a bowl of marinated mushrooms - nothing else. My friend's herring starter was... More

We've stayed in a nearby boutique hotel and chose Pod Fredra restaurant on recommendation from our family. We've started our dinner with a plate of Oscypek - a fantastic delicacy - served with cranberries and prunes. We've replicated this starter last week to our friends in London who loved it very much. Main: rabbit in cream as per old Polish... More

Wonderful traditional polish food. We had Priogis, rabbit, green beans, spinach, carrot salad. We topped it off with Wodka zoladkowa and Wratislavia vodka!

My brother and I visited Wroclaw in late October for 4 days and had our best dinner at this restaurant. The food was very tasty, served professionally in a lovely setting. We both thought that we got very good value for the price we paid. If we ever go back to Wroclaw, will definitely consider eating here again
