Ranked #146 of 808 restaurants in Krakow
Price range: $5 - $41
Cuisines: Japanese, Korean, Seafood
Dining options: Lunch, Reservations, Takeout
Description: Edo Sushi Bar has been operating since 2005 and is the first real sushi bar established in Cracow. Its interior, traditional details and the choice of music perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the distant Japan. An additional advantage are the tatami rooms, reflecting the architecture of the "Land of the Rising Sun".However, what primarily determines the excellence and uniqueness of our restaurant is the quality of our sushi, kept consistently on a very high level for many years. Among the wide range of menu, containing besides the classic forms many exquisite novelties, everyone, whether novice or enthusiast, will find the perfect course.

The food we ordered was not sushi, and was more like Asian fusion. My girlfriend had a thai red curry and I had some noodles, and both were very good taste, and not expensive at all, even though with the polish standards this would be a bit over the average, but for both dishes and a starter including a drink... The Salmon was pale pink.yuk For the price of the sushi that this place offers, the quality clearly lacks. This place has decent reviews and i was just a little dissapointed. I wont preach on service because it didn't flatter either. . The Thai bowls were tasteful but the prices are a bit high for the service and the food

We had a takeaway from here having eaten in at the fusion restaurant 2 nights before. The sushi was gorgeous and beautifully packaged up for us to take away.

I have visited this Edo Sushi few times. First time I ordered regular sushi maki, later I went for so called Japanese fusion cuisine which was excellent choice! Mouthwatering salmon tartar or fried sushi roll hit the spot. I recommend it to anyone who is into Japanese cuisine. Fresh food, excellent presentation, lovely interiors.

Just after arriving at our hotel we needed something to eat. We found this delightfull sushi restaurant. They serve a beautiful and tastefull lunch menu for around 30 zloty. You get miso soup, some maki and nigiri, and choose between skewer of chicken, seafood ( deepfried) and some other kind of meat I forgot ;) We stayed for coffee too.... More

We came to Edo because our favorite restaurant (across the street) was closed, and we figured to give it a go. Being from Hawaii, i know not to expect much when it comes to sushi in Krakow, especially with regards to the quality of the fish. But my tuna was absolutely dreadful, barely a hint of red at all it... More

Rolls are tasty and big, real thing. I'm not sushi extremist but it is for sure best sushi in Krakow, maybe in Poland ? Even wine was good - totally recomendable. Only small minus was the staff but still amazing !

Went at the recommendation of my friend who told me he ate here almost everyday. Rolls were huge, compared to what you find in the UK sometimes, and ingredients were both fresh and generous. Dobin mushi was heart-warming, especially in the dead of winter, and was flavourful without a hint of MSG. Raw fish was fresh & not fishy. Edo... More

Just went in for some sushi, and the chef pointed towards a table. Next the water told us that the table was reserved in 40 min, but gave us no alternative.for a place to sit. No smiles or anything remote to Japanese politness, which was the only thing lacking, since the decor and food was Japanese. The sushi itself was... More
