Yet another excellent dining experience

Our hotel recommended this place as we wanted somewhere good very close to our hotel. We were lucky to get the last free table in the main restaurant area as all of the other tables were either occupied or reserved. Our waiter gave us great advice on a wine to have with our meal which consisted of true Polish food.... More

Interesting combination of Polish and Italian menu. Pleasant outdoor garden seating available. Good service.

Found this restaurant by chance when walking in Old Town. We were lucky to get a nicely positioned table for three, most of the tables were reserved and many others were turned away after we sat down. It seems to be a very popular restaurant. The staff were lovely, spoke excellent english and were very helpful. The menu is easy... More

This is a must for anyone visiting Krakow. It is only a few minutes walk from the old town square, and the more touristy restaurants there. Amazing food, great wine, great service, and a lovely outdoor area. Also, for the quality if food that was served, it was very cheap. It was so good we came twice! Don't read -... More

It was a hot day in Cracow, so we decided to have lunch in the atrium, although the restaurant looked very inviting, modern wooden furnitures in very nice settings. My wife ordered a salad with warm chevre served on toast accompanied by figs and apples. I preferred a home-made speciality: cabagge leaves stuffed with porc and rice served in a... More

Wandering the main streets of Krakow on a warm Wednesday at dusk, we happened to poke our head through into the candle-lit courtyard adjacent to the Miod Malina restaurant. We took our seats in the centre of the 'magic garden' and were swiftly provided with menus. The choices were nicely varied - an interesting mix of traditional Polish delicacies with... More

We love this restaurant. You can get really terrific Polish dishes that seem to have a twist and sophistication. The service is always great. But it is almost impossible to walk in and get a table these days. It is off the main square, but we assume you will need reservations. We have been disappointed twice when showing up and... More

We just happened upon this gem of restaurant during a recent visit to Krakow. It was so good we returned the next day for lunch and again for dinner that night. The cold beetroot soup was to die for. Service is slow but well worth the wait

We dined in the garden outside the restaurant, and were totally charmed by the atmosphere there (as the evening closed in we had the extra pleasure of a garden full of candlelit tables). The food was excellent - we had herring with beet carpaccio as starters and then a sumptuous deer loin as the main course - all of it... More

I visit this restaurant whenever I am in Krakow. They've changed their location now but the place and the food is still great. My boyfriend ordered pasta and he was amazed how the "al dente" pasta was prepared. Many restaurants in NY would not do such a great job. The way this restaurant is decorated is lovely and the food... More
