Description: Fish is the base of Farina's menu as well as the flour. That is why they appear on our restaurant's logo. Both are not only healthy but also very useful for thousands of intriguing dishes. Flour, on our logo represented with a sack, symbolizes pasta, ravioli, delicate rolls prepared in our kitchen as well as traditional Polish dumplings. These fresh, natural ingredients influenced by temperamental and passionate culinary interpretation gain a unique character and inspire the cooks to try extra ordinary combinations. We are trying our best to develop the taste of Polish cuisine by adding new ingredients and culinary compositions which are unusual for it. For that reason Farina serves also seafood: oysters, shrimps, bivalves, crabs and octopus. This is precisely our own idea of cuisine in Farina Restaurant.

Combines traditional Polish ingredients with a modern approach. Really fantastic food and wines and if you are used to paying London prices for this level of excellence the bill will come as a happy surprise. Ate better here than at most London restaurants I've visited this year.

Farina restaurant is located in a quiet street near the market square. It has excellent cuisine, most of it fish and seafood specialties. Please note that the dishes come without assortment, so you need to order these separately.

We had our first dinner in Krakow here with our tour group. Service was good and the dinner was excellent. We had a set menu - a salad with unpasteurized smoked cheese, roasted chicken breast with apple, pear and cranberry sauce. Dessert was cheesecake which was a very light variety (not cream cheese, more like ricotta). All delicious! They also... More

We ate here having read trip advisor. The atmosphere was all others had said it was, but based on what we ate ( perch-pike which was dry and mussels that were fine)I think the food is over rated. All bar one of the wines at the cheaper end, and wine in Poland is not cheap, were out of stock. Apparently... More

The side dishes were far too large for a late luncheon. The lemon sole was delicious but the decorative presentation of the fillet included the whole fish bones and all making it difficult to eat. The in house made bread was great and the trout my husband ate was well prepared. We found the spinach side dish far too sweet.... More

But there are other amazing things to eat as well. 5/5 in ambience, service, quality. My favorite restaurant in krakow. Fish and seafood is always fresh. They have whole fish but the filets are probably my favorite, always paired with interesting sauces. Superb spinach side dish. Best tiramisu in town.

fresh pasta and fish dishes and so much choice it was almost overwhelming. the squid ink tortelloni was amazing - it actually had chopped pieces of fish you could recognise inside instead of the normal mush. wonderful and will definitely go back. thank you :)

We couldn't get a table the first time we went to Farina, it was so popular, so we booked and went the following night instead. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main square in Krakow, Farina represents quality at affordable prices. We loved the fresh fish (do you know of anywhere elsewhere they bring the fish to your table... More
