Great food with excellent service. Ate here on several occasions and the hosts were always kind and quick. Zurek would be a good start and also the traditional pierogi. Will be happy to go back when I visit Krakow next time!

We were very happy. Our dinner cost about 100zł. We were staying at Cracov. The inside of the restaurant is built to resemble historic peasan'ts house. This is not exactly the most romantic surrounding, but coherently align with types of dishes served there. My wife was delighted eating sides - mainly lard and pickled cucumber. We chose saurekraut soup, which... More

first visit was in February and never got around to writing a review, called in again and once again we just loved it. Authentic food, rustic restaurant and friendly staff.

We ordered pancakes and mushroom soup. Waitris seemed to be very bored with clients and took the order without any emotion, no suggestion or something. We were brought standart compliment, cottage cheeese, pork fat and bread. And that was all we got. 40 minutes later, same waitris came with pancakes and annonced that that there was no soup available. No... More

Wetn there as the restaraunt is at the rear of the hotel we were staying in, we would not have found it otherwise! The food was really good and tasty, so much so that the father in law said it was the best steak he had ever had and it was perfectly cooked. The decor of the place is different... More

Food was excellent, however we were waiting over 1 hour for service. The space, atmosphere & setting is lovely. Very reminiscent of a typical village restaurant. I recommend the kotlet - delicious

Terrible experience. Service was slooooooooooow and did not care much. Food was plain terrible, worst zureck I have ever tried and a dry and tasteless duck. Ran away as fast as I possibly could, which ws not much due to their slow reactions to anything. Price was quite expensive for what you got.

Great little eaterie down an alleyway of Grodska Street. Good food, plenty of beer and an eclectic atmosphere found it quite by accident, it is a highlanders style pub/restaurant featuring polish staples and we were really stuffed to the brim for under £40 for three courses, coffee, house wine and beers.

I'm not one to shy away from writing a long review. But in this case, the title pretty much says it all. The food was ordinary at best, and the bill was much higher than those presented to us in any other restaurant in town, including restaurants where the food, service and atmosphere were much, much better. Take your business... More
