This is an excellent place to try the local food with a chefs touch. We had several local dishes but went for a foreign wine to pair with the food. Great experience, and a perfect place for a special celebration.

We went to a piano recital in part of the hotel and then Spontaneously decided to eat at the restaurant. They gave us two menus, as we weren't sure whether we wanted to eat inside or out. Obviously different kitchens. Decided on formal restsurant upstairs. The staff were absolutely charming. The waiter who took care of us was really helpful.... More

Delicious food perfectly matched with delicious wines. I dined alone whilst overlooking the square. The restaurant is in a beautiful old building which is worth seeing in itself. This restaurant is on the formal side, no one shouting their heads off at the tables, I felt elegant just being there. Great value too.

The fois gras was excellent as was my dessert a chocolate soufflé with restaurant made mint ice cream - made with chopped mint leaves! The bad: All the other food was dry... More
