Located just off the main Square of Krakow, Kogel Mogel serves well prepared local dishes in a charming environment. We arrived for dinner without a reservation on a Thursday evening and were surprised that no indoor tables were available for a party of two. However, we were given the option to sit in the courtyard and were not disappointed. Surrounded... More

We had tried a few retaurants in the square for lunch and dinner and we then found this wonderful restaurant one night when a chap stopped us in the street and offered a complimentary wisniowka (cherry vodka) although we weren't hungry for a full meal, he recommended the beef Tatar as a light meal which I subsequently tried. Absolutely delicious!... More

After reading great reviews this place sounded very promising. But last night we had a reservation for 8 o clock. By 8.50 we were still trying to order our first drink. We finally got a bottle of cava at 9 o clock and our order was taken. We asked for some bread as we were starving. This took 20 minutes... More

We came to Krakow last month to celebrate our wedding, with 150 of our nearest and dearest from the UK. A few nights before the wedding, we enjoyed a really fabulous evening at your restaurant with approximately 40 of our family and friends. The evening was so enjoyable. Everyone loved the Polish food (for some it was their first experience... More

This Polish restarant is fabulous. Its situated just off the main square and has a wonderfull courtyard were they serve exellent food. The confit gooseleg is to die for and the js that comes with it is great. A nice touch was the Polish wine on ther winelist. Although it wasn't the most amazing wine, it was well worth trying,... Three of us arrived at lunchtime and were warmly greeted and offered a table in a beautiful shady courtyard. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food was extremely good. The mixed salad was delicious and beautifully presented. And all at extremely keen prices. Excellent value for money! We'll be back! Well done!

My wife and I decided to try Kogel Mogel based on reviews in our hotel's directory. We made a reservation a few hours before we wanted to enjoy dinner. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and our waitress. Try the goose leg......we both thoroughly this entree. The wine was good and the prices were good. Overall, we were very... More

Myself and my little son hated this restaurant really a lot and could not wait to get out . This place really surprised me as the staff are suspicious of you with that KGB mentality with their demeanour! I was recommended this place by the Polish rep. Went there early kids time kind of hours on the Fri eve with... More
