A plate of Pierogis for nearly nothing! There is where the locals are

This was my first meal in Krakow, and what a perfect introduction to cheap, delicious Polish food! It's definitely off the beaten path but only by a few minutes; therefore, the line out of the door were not tourists, but locals! A plate of pierogis will cost you about 2-3 EUR.

This is a small restaurant with seating limited inside and out. It sells traditional dumplings with various fillings. I thought the fillings would be more seasoned in terms of herbs and spices but this was not the case. Quite bland for my liking. Worth a visit to try the traditional dumplings but don't expect a seat!

I m so glad tripadvisor exists! I visited today this fantastic hidden spot . It was full of locals and we tasted delicious soup and pierogis in very low prices . It is ideal if there's good weather to sit outside. Really small though ideal for quick bite or take away

In this tiny deli you can (and trust me: you will!) taste delicious polish dumplings named pierogi! You can tell it's real traditional food by the number of students and polish people continously dropping by. You can take away or eat outside where there are two tables, the prices are low and there is English menu. It's a MUST!!!

It is a small lovely place where you can eat pierogis or have them to take away. I've lived in Poland for a year and this is THE BEST PLACE TO EAT PIEROGIS I've found among all the cities I've been to. Simply wonderful!!! Handmade, cheap and delicious. Whenever I had visits, I took my friends there and all of... More

Went here on the recommendation of a tour guide and I'm so glad we took the advice! Amazing dumplings at an incredibly low price. Try the mixed selection (10 in total) we found the student variety the best! This place is perfect for a light lunch or mid afternoon snack to tie you over until dinner.

On par with the rest of the reviews, this place is TINY. Definitely not big enough to form a line, let alone eat in. However, the takeaway style works perfectly and the staff understand that. We went for a late dinner, and ordered three things for two of us: two mixed boxes (a selection of everything) and an order of... More

We found this restaurant from Trip Advisor reviews, and the reviews lived up to the promises! Small, hole-in-the wall place which really is nothing more than a take-out window with two narrow counters to eat at (which is almost impossible to do with the long line for take-out customers). We were there in November when the outside eating area was... More

Thanks to tripadvisor I have found this place (its more like a fast food than a restaurant) which is 10minutes walking from the main square. I didnt expect too much and my friend when he saw it asked me if I was serious. It really is not a fancy place but it probably is as typical Polish and as good... More
