Recommended by our hotel receptionist. Lovely restaurant, great food. The service was good, although the waitress could have been friendlier and Smiled a bit more. Would eat here again though.

The interior decor of this restaurant was beautiful and that's where my compliments end. The waiting staff were rather unfriendly (looked exasperated when asked for advice etc), the pork knuckle that we ordered was dry (had to order a side of a gravy-like sauce) and the only thing unusual about the 'unusual apple pie' was that it had a big... We strolled into Kazimierz looking for a place for dinner and stumbled upon this gem. The staff was friendly and helped us with making some great selections off the menu. We enjoyed all aspects of the meal along with the atmosphere.

There are plenty of restaurants in Krakow, but we decided to walk to the Jewish Quarter in search of somewhere that was less of a tourist trap. We were not disappointed. The service was attentive, efficient, and friendly, and for a group with varied tastes and appetites, there was something for everyone - and at a very reasonable price. I... More

We passed by this restaurant when wandering around the Jewish quarter and decided to have dinner there. The menu mainly consists of traditional Polish food, which is well cooked. I especially liked the "unusual" apple pie I had for desert. Service was decent and quick. Despite one wall being decorated all over with just a huge picture of some traditional... More

Took the tram to the Jewish quarter and had a fantastic meal here last night. They have a range of food which suited our group of four. Things starred off well when a pre-starter arrived; it was a very welcomed appetiser. The mushroom soup was served in a bread bowl with a lid and was fresh and crusty with a... More

We went here for dinner because of the good TA reviews and near location to our hotel. I hade duck for main course that was okey as well as the pear ice cream dessert. We got what we ordered and it was decent. It was very cheap, and the wine we had was a great bargain. Overall good value.

A gem of a restaurant located in Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Close to the centre but far enough out to escape the usual tourist hustle and bustle. Authentic polish quisine and wonderful service. The duck and apple is not to be missed, the pierogi are something else and I've never had cheesecake as good as this! Find this... More

We found this restaurant by chance and intend visiting again. Food was excellent and extremely good value. Complimentary starters were tasty and the house wine good. Service was very good although plates were taken away as each person finished their meal rather than waiting to clear them at the same time. Certainly recommend this restaurant.
