Situated in a less busy part of the city, Chata was a gem of a find. The restaurant is small and bijou and the decor rustic - stone flooring, basic wooden seating and tables with fur throws to sit on - a lovely intimate atmosphere. We both ate traditional Polish meals which were of a good size and extremely tasty....

We went twice to this restaurant as we liked the rustic ambience, the tasty food and the very reasonable prices – a two course meal with drinks for five adults cost around £35. I would recommend trying the restaurant (Polish) specialities but there are also more basic dishes (chicken breast with potatoes or chips) for the less adventurous customer. I...

Went here as a group of six after finding it on trip advisor. Was a little bit of a walk from where we were but was well worth it. We sat in the back of the restaurant where it was a bit dark but I think it added to the atmosphere.

Rustic ambience in a cottage-like atmosphere. Food is quite inexpensive and very tasty. You also cannot go wrong with the 5.90 zloty Tyskie on tap.

Massive portions and so tasty I could have kept coming back for more! We were there before 6pm so took advantage of their deal of...

Very bad, a little meat with much fat. Only vegetables. Don't go eat there. Was also very cold in the restaurant, hearth was off.
Having read the reviews about the Chata on Trip Advisor I decided to pre-book a table at the Chata for 18:30 via email for our first day in Krakow and received an acknowledgement from them with the menu in English which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately due to the early morning flight we were both extremely tired but didn’t...
