This is a restaurant with a great atmosphere which I try to visit whenever I am in Krakow. It has a highlander theme and provides a good Polish highlander menu. It is best to sit downstairs in the basement to get the best from the atmosphere so don't stay if the only seats available are ground floor or outside. There... More

Both me and my friend were happy with our meals. We didn´t have reservations so we didn´t get a chance to experience the cellar seating which are supposed to be great, but we didn´t mind the upstairs seating. I had the trout, my friend had the chicken. Both meals good, maybe next time we will get a chance to enjoy... More

Were attracted by the ornate doors and peered in to see Polish farmhouse style decor. Food was cheap, authentic and very generous. be warned, the Polish cheese platter starter will feed 4 - 6 people! Staff were great and there was live folk music. A really great experience that made a wonderful end to our holiday. You may need to... More

Really nice place. The cellar dining area is so atmospheric, very rustic and relaxing. The service was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed trying some Polish dishes here. This place is popular for good reason.

We ate here on our first night in Krakow, lovely authentic Polish highland style restaurant with live music, violins and double bass, musicians in traditional dress. Waiter friendly and helpful, foot tasty, good Bigos in bread, pierogi and chicken fillets. Good value too, would recommend.

I went twice to this restaurant. During the first time,I was there with the group of 18 people and 2 small children. We were all seating together at the long bench which was great. The restaurant is decorated in a real traditional highlander's style, staff is dressed in the beautiful costumes. The restaurant has a small corner with toys for... More
