Lovely surroundings, fantastic food but feel cheated that we didn't gave the male waiter because the female waitress was so rude and useless and ruined our lovely evening :((

We visited this restaurant a few times why you ask when krackow has hundreds of places to eat. We were lucky it was convienant to our hotel ,the menu was varied the food on offer I believe can be described as ,Polish cuisine with a twist ,the staff were attentive especially the moby lookalike. Upon entering the restaurant for the... More

Traditional Polish food in a cosy warm atmosphere all helped with complimentary cherry brandy and later a complimentary walnut brandy. My only compliant was we ordered 2 bottles of savignon blanc wine and the wine came already poured into glasses??, later in the evening our waitress did come to our table with another tray of wine in glasses (on the... Went to Starka for the set lunch deal and just loved it. The food was excellent (especially the soup) and offered fantastic value for money. Also, the service was second to none. The lady behind the bar and her son who served us were really lovely. We also went back to sample their flavoured vodkas. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely atmosphere in this restaurant... The food was delicious too! The only down side was the service, for our party anyway! The waitress was a little rude, but it didn't spoil our experience!

This is a hidden gem located within the Jewish Quarter of the city. It serves traditional Polish food in a cosy environment. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We had a starter and a main and a couple of drinks including a complementary cherry vodka. The whole experience was very pleasant and excellent value at about £24... More

After a superb meal in Pod Baranem a couple of evenings previously we raided the TA ratings & selected another Polish restaurant. No real complaints - and certainly the price ( @ c.£40 for 2 ) was cheap enough. Just didn't really do it for us on our final evening in Kraków .

We visited Krakow in September and wanted to experience local food and avoid the tourist traps of the Main Square. This place was great. A typical polish restaurant, food was excellent. Very tasty and the portions were large. Price wide it was very reasonable, around £20 for 1 course each and a drink. The waitress was very polite and attentive.... More

Good resturant in the Jewish area. We visited on a fairly quite evening but the service was 1st class. I ordered wild bore sasuge but they weren't available so a bit disappointed. Ended up with the. Dumplings which were very good. The pork nuckle was massive and very resonable in price. The vodkas are just the best I have ever... More
