Not the best but an enjoyable evening

Not our best meal in Krakow but certainly enjoyable and good value for money. We shared a portion of dumplings,10 pieces between us for starters and they kindly mixed them for us,they were not the lightest ones we had in Krakow but they were good. An excellent Polish dinner of traditional sausage , superb service, lovely hot cherries with icecream desert but the Polish Plochockich white wine was truly scrumtious and not to be missed. Total cost for four including wine was £66. Excellent. Get there early before 7pm as it is very popular.

We stopped by here by chance while looking for a restaurant for dinner by the main square. Lucky for us that we did this. The food was AMAZING (the pierogies and cabbage rolls specifically), the service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere welcoming and warm. Definitely recommend this to those who want a great Polish meal!

We had the goulash. It came in a huge loaf, hollowed out and with a lid cut off the top. It was full of flavour and delicious! The environment is pleasant; the location is just off the market square; and the service was good. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for their buffet breakfast - which was... More

Our hotel in Krakow gave us some fantastic restaurant reservations -- we tried them all and each one was great. The first of these was Marmolada -- and what a gem! It was one of the best meals we had in Poland and that is saying a lot as most of the restaurants we tried were fabulous. It is located... More

We popped in about 9pm on a whim. We were instantly greeted by a smile and asked where we'd like to sit, We browsed the menu and order a platter of 36 dumpling, a side of steamed vegetables, a side of creamed spinach, a bottle of water and a bottle on wine, The food was spectacular! By far the best... More

We had the Pierogis mix, which we split in two but it could easily serve three persons. Including dessert (we had the cheesecake and it was nothing special), dinner was for good value, so it was a good location to try Polish cuisine.
