Nice centrally located restaurant

Visited on a busy Monday evening and with little availability left they managed to fit us in, the food was nice, in particular the wild boar. We were seated downstairs in the cellar area and it was very atmospheric! The staff were friendly yet unobtrusive, all in all an enjoyable evening.

Booked a table and arrived on time . Menus given promptly and order taken . Then we waited and waited and waited and only three starters arrived . The forth came in another 5 minutes with an apology and some free vodka . We then waited and waited for the mains . The service is far to slow and the... More

Sadly this restaurant did not live up to its reputation. On the evening we visited we had pre booked but despite that we waited so long for everything. When food was served some of the diners did not receive the dishes ordered but felt reluctant to return food because of the prospect of another long wait. Much of the food... More

This restaurant is OK. In fact it gets some reasonable reviews so maybe ours was just an off night. Here where the problems: Waited an age to be served Waited an age for our pre-dinner drinks to be served and when they were the order was wrong. Waited nearly an hour for our starter and about the same time for... More

Situated just off the main square in Krakow (so no view of it) this is a comparatively small restaurant and our first eatery in a long weekend. Food overall was absolutely delicious and amazing value. The beetroot soup with dumplings (I know, sounds weird) was to die for; i could have ate a bucket full. Lots of Polish items on... More

If you are looking to go out for a meal in Kraków wether it be a couple of you or 16people...Marmolada is the place to go. Friendly waitress staff and great tasty food. For three course meal with drinks cost around £120 for 8 people. You just can't beat it!

We came across this restaurant while looking for a Polish meal in our first evening in town. Barzcz and Gulasz did the trick. We were also seated right next to a piano/'cello duet for enjoyable background music. The service was friendly and the food was good. We'd happily go back.

Not our best meal in Krakow but certainly enjoyable and good value for money. We shared a portion of dumplings,10 pieces between us for starters and they kindly mixed them for us,they were not the lightest ones we had in Krakow but they were good. My partner had the goose which he thought was a bit dry although the sauce... More

An excellent Polish dinner of traditional sausage , superb service, lovely hot cherries with icecream desert but the Polish Plochockich white wine was truly scrumtious and not to be missed. Total cost for four including wine was £66. Excellent. Get there early before 7pm as it is very popular.
