Cozy restaurant, but bad staff

The restaurant offer a good variety of food. I was tempted to try almost every dish on the meny. Unfortunately I prefer vegan food, which They did not offer from the meny. I asked the waitress if They could make a vegan dish, but They were not very helpfull. After making the choice of a greek salad... read more

Waited an hour and no sign of the food. Very unhelpful staff when approached. Eventually just paid for drinks and left

From the second we arrived we didn't feel welcome. Staff were rude and couldn't give a damn. We waited an hour on food and after asking the waitress to check on our food and her rolling her eyes at us, we walked out. Horrible atmosphere, horrible service. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had the pennwle with chanterelle n mozzarella n by no means it is crap. It is normal... its redeeming quality is that it is HUGE. easily shared between two. Very normal pasta fare that uses instant pasta n rely heavily in smothering it with cheese n onion. If you're looking for classic fresh home made pasta, this is not... More

My boyfriend and I went for a meal at Warsztat last night and it was terrible! The staff were unfriendly, there was no hello on our arrival, we were ignored when we obviously tried to get the waiter's attention and when we asked for the bill we had a rude response. The food tasted artificial and was of poor quality.... More

We are here last night on what was our last night holiday in krakow. There were 3 of us, each of us was served separately with a gap of c. 20 minutes between each of us getting our main course so in other words as one of us finished our meal another of us started. It took 40 minutes for... More

I'd love to love the venue. The interior is great, the service is kind and portions are big. Food quality is good, all fresh, but so lacking taste and sophistication. Not enough spices, boring ingredients (ie. "salad" is lettuce with a few slices of tomato and corn).
