Great, All Seasons Venue.

We have been travelling to Krakow twice a year, for over 5 years, mid summer and mid winter. We always visit here, for the ambiance, attentive staff, great quality food and value for money. We always celebrate our return to Krakow for holydays dining at Pod Sloncem - a genuine gem! Polish and international meny, very tasty, rich and varied! Good wines. Reasonable prices. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Located in the cellar of a townhouse at Main Square. Enjoy - but mind your steps - narrow staircase!

Iv been here many a time and always consistently excellent. Staff are friendly and the bill is always cheap! The pork slashlik is worth flying to Poland for. I will be visiting on Wednesday evening when in Kraków for the night and wouldn't dream of eating elsewhere!

We stopped there for breakfast. Took toasts they go in the package with cofee or tea or something else to drink. Price was quite low, for breakfast package in this location. We were sitting in the 'garden' outside on main market sq. Food was average, eatable but nothing extraordinary. Coffee was good. Would visit again because of location but not... More

Food very good, prices very good, service good. Well worth dropping in whilst sightseeing in the Main Square but you might need to keep your coat on if it isn't Summer as its quite cold in the square.

Large party of 16, we were seated in the lower level. There is a small room with an assortment of toys for the children to play with while the adults enjoyed a fine night out. The food was delicious and the menu was extensive. Located on the main square, this restaurant is perfect a beautiful night out.

Situated on main square with outside seating (too cold in march) we walked to the end of a corridor and down into an atmospheric vaulted cellar ...a very attentive waitress looked after my son and I . The food was delicious hearty fare, the portions enormous especially liked the starter (?)of sour rye soup with egg and sausage served in... More

This restaurant was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. We has a main course and house wine, followed by jack daniels and coke for three of us. Worked out so reasonable. Main courses were £5 - £7 each. No need for a starter, or you would never make it back up the stars!. It is on the main... More
