I went there with my guests from USA (I am a Cracovian, local). The place resembles an old polish manor house. The waiter spoke communicative English. Very good food, excellent service, helpful waiter, elegant but not elitist. But I recommend going on Sunday or Monday for the veal shank, or call ahead one day prior for other specialties. I thought the venison was very good but not the best ever, just a tad over-cooked.

The service here is of a very high standard and the food is of excellent standard. The restaurant gets very busy so you do need to book. Waiters are highly knowledgable.

8 of us went to this restaurant on the last night of our trip to Krakow. We had a room to ourselves which was nice and the service was excellent.
