Fantastic food, friendly staff

Pierogis and zurek (traditional polish soup in a bread) were sooo tasty. We went there two times during our trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was great. Fantastic traditional polish food.

Nicely decorated restaurant but AVOID by all means ! Pierogarnia u Dzika serves dry not good quality dumplings, which have nothing in common with traditional ones. We have ordered a variation of 3 different ones and been served different dumplings to one we ordered (of which some were with sauerkraut instead of buckwheat with bacon - we still had sour... More

Very bad service.. Over an hour waiting for 3 plates of dumplings!! Waitress even did not excuse for delay.. And dumplings were not even good, just ordinary. We do not recommend this place at all, especially for foreigners who would like to try polish cuisine.

the worst dumplings in my life - they had nothing to do with the real polish, traditional home made dumplings. They tasted like cooked mud with onion. Moreover - the traditional soup "żurek" that should be served IN bread (instead of plate), was served WITH bread (in a plate). For the same price of course... If you really wanna try... More

The potato pancakes we had were raw inside. I told waitress and she got more fried, which were as terrible as the ones before... Also the golonka (pork leg) was terrible, as it was mostly fat, with little flavor. Payed 71 zlotych overall for food I just tried and two drinks. Total waste of money. Not reccomended.

Myself and a friend ate here a few days ago and we both agreed it was very good. We went in, in the afternoon, when it was quite but soon filled up in the time we were there. I ordered the roasted chicken dumplings and my friend had soup, served in a hollowed out loaf of bread followed by pierogi,... More

The sheer number of unique choices is worth the visit. I went with the traditional kapusta (mainly because I had surprisingly struggled to find them elsewhere). They were delicious, but I wish there was time for a second visit so I could try some of the other offerings. I honestly cannot comment on the price because I may have paid... More

Was well worth a visit has a variety of fillings in a oven baked pierogi a bit little miniature Cornish pasties filled to the brim and full of flavour to many to finish (8) staff were great and spoke English. For three adults and one child it was 122 (£21) zolty including drinks. Highly recommend.

After being told that Polish dumplings were amazing we decided to try and chose this restaurant because it had a wide choice of fillings. I had mushroom and cabbage, which I actually returned saying I hadn't order minced beef. I was told it was what I had ordered, irrespective of the filling it was meant to be or what I... More
