We passed this restaurant several times before we finaly went inside, and we are glad we did! The food was great without being super special in any way. For the price and when just looking for a good place with good local food its definitly worth a try.

We ate typical polish food. Starter soup was good, small portion was so huge that it would cover the whole dinner. For the main course we ate "meat platter" for two. It was good but nothing special. For our taste it bit was too oily. Food + 0,5l wine ~ 30€

Tuesday night and the place was full!! So was also Sunday night when we passed by. However, we got a table and even if it took some time (we were not in hurry) it was worth waiting. Food was good and tasty. Dinner for two (+wine and beer) less than 20€. This is not superexpensive fine dining but price/quality relation... More

Great food, polish kitchen. Service excellent athmosphere nice and great value for your money. Choice of beer very good also from local breweries. Will definitely return. Easy to find just pass Madison shopping mall and Mercure hotel and you'll find it a few steps thereafter on left side of the road.

IT IS VERYWe visit this restaurant for 2 dinners and 1 lunch during our stay in Gdansk. We liked the uncomplicated but tasty food and the nice and friendly service. It is a very affordable restaurant. We will be back next ime in Gdansk. We can recommend the Balkan fry pan with lots of tender met and grilled vegetables .

This is a typical Polish old fashioned restaurant, that serves traditional Polish cuisine at prices in the very bottom of the range. The waiters were very helpful and kind, and spoke very good English. We opted for the special lunch menu of 2 dishes, which was a bargain (17 zlotys!!). You could choose from soups as starter and some main... More

Set outside the centre but within easy reach of The Bonum Hotel - quick friendly service with good choice of reasonably priced menu andobviously popular with the locals who seem to eat earlier than us

We were a group of 16 persons who had made a reservation. The staff was nice. They were out of several dishes on The menu. The food we ordered were good. We will not visit this restaurant again.

I was looking for zurek and bigos. Unfortunately, bigos is winter food, but their Zurek was great. I opted for a mixed plate of pierogy -- which was a mistake with the Zurek as the zurek came with a side of really good potatoes -- I could only eat half my pierogi. I rate them 4 rather than 5 as... We were a group of 20 people and pre-ordered a set menu in advance: 3 starters and 3 main courses for each of us. Considering that the food was ordered well in advance and the restaurant had free choice of what to serve, we were hugely disappointed by the quality and quantity. The 3 starters were: - potato cake -... More
