Description: What a cool bistro :) it is located in nice area of the city (one of the main street in old town). They serve good home made food - typical polish dishes. You can eat well and it is quite big portion for good price. You can also find something else like pizza, pasta. After 7 pm 50% off. I recommend this place, even though it is rather small so you might have some troubles to find a table.

Enjoyed an evening meal at KOS last night. Incredible food, lovely setting and the waitresses were pleasant. Would highly recommend the Pistachio and Camembert starter. We were very impressed with the whole service. Seems to be used by the locals which is a testament to how fantastic this place with amongst so many other restaurants on Piwny.

Here is a restaurant we often visit with friends with kids. Great location, right in the old town. Tasty food and quite cheap as for the quality of the meals. The menu is changing with the seasons so you'll get seasonal products such as wild mushrooms, fresh fruits and veggies, etc...The staff is very nice and helpful. The mega plus?... More

Enjoyed lunch at Kos. We were served a strong excellent mulled wine upon arrival. The pasta carbonara was wonderful made with fresh ingredients. Service was polite. Our only objection was the choice of wine, which could have been better. Apparently Kos focused more on juices and other beverages. Recommended for a different dining experience in Gdansk, as it is not... More

This restaurant looks nice, so does the menu. But we had a disapointing experience. Both wines we ordered where not available. The alternative wines where poor. The ribs they served where to fat and tasteless. The spaghetti wasn't fresh. After we paid the bill, we gave our opinion. The waitress didn't listen, but try to convince us that this way... More

Busy, modern decor, decent menu and prices. Good and helpful service. Serves quite late for Gdansk. Eat upstairs, the few downstairs tables are a little marooned. Loos a looong way downstairs if you have impaired mobility.

Having spent most of the day walking around this wonderful town, we were both tired and hungry. We chose bistro KOS based on our usual criterion when uncertain, namely, which restaurant was busy. KOS has a good selection on its menu, the service was fine given that most of the tables on the street were occupied, and the English was... More

My boyfriend and I visited Gdansk with our friends, another couple, for 5 days. I saw this place on here and we thought we'd check it out. One afternoon we went, most of us ordered beer and pizzas one of us ordered the duck dumplings. The pizza was amazing, no scrimping on any toppings! The duck dumplings were also nice,... More

On entering the waitress was not overly friendly but excused my poor polish and sat me downstairs. She helpfully turned to the English part of the menu. I ordered the Beef Carpaccio which was more like steak tartare (which was delicious and I love tartare so no issues here). Before I had finished eating my starter (the portion was big... More

Went here for dinner and no table reservation was needed. The staff was friendly and smiley. The list is good choise of everything, also healthy ones. We started with tomato and bean soups. Tomato soup was better and tastier. The mains were chicken with cocos and rice and another was creamy chicken and mushrooms in tagliatelle. Well the portions were... More
