We enjoyed the beer and the food at St. Wenceslas Brewery located just off the Namesti Republiky. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband savored every beer he drank. Soups were good: garlic soup strong with melted cheese and ham bits in the bottom (phew - very pungent) and the beef noodle soup with liver dumplings...thin broth with few... More

Very good restaurant brewery with traditional czech and moravian dishes - pork meat, česnečka, olomoucky tvaružky (mildew cheese). Tasty beers from own brewery - ležak (lager) and special with cherry and chili pepper. Comfortable and cozy summer terrace. And Svatovaclavsky pivovar has beer bath!

Perfect beer brewed in this restaurant, very good food plus wifi available if you need it for your business. However, you should forget about emails and enjoy the dinner / lunch!

I've tried many beeweries but this one I won't forget. When entering you can smell the fresh, just made beer. Staff is friendly, prices are fair and the beer is gorgious. I tried the game menu and it was awesome. Please, don't miss this spot.

I found quite hard brewery after a walk through the area but worth it. From the outside it did not seem very promising now, not having anything placed in the street. But after I entered I enjoy a good beer 12 degree, chef's specialties and ambiance. Staff a little bit distant, maybe because they did not know English.

We had dinner there. Service is good, food is tasty, and it's a good place to try Czech beer. Thank you very much ! Great for traditional Czech cuisine as well. We were there as a large group and everybody enjoyed their time ! But you need to have somebody next to you to translate the menu into English :)

Best beer we've had in CZ. Also had pretty delicious food here as well, not too sure what all the reviews not being impressed with the food are all about. I got the steak which was absolutely delicious, tender and flavorsome, albeit rather expensive at equal to 10euro for 200g. My boyfriend got fried cheese and the smoked platter from... More

Our food was ok, but the menu didn't describe it very well - just a translation issue. Good beer. Staff not so friendly here. Maybe we hit it on an off night.

They serve pubfood tasty but not outstanding. If goid wether, there is a pleasant courtyard to sit outside. The beer is ok not very special and the food fair prized. Nithing to complain about but in my view not a restaurant but a pub! Cheers!

The Svatovaclavsky is a 15-minute walk from the main Square and we spent a pleasant hour one afternoon in the outdoor seating area where there was a regular flow of local customers, with food being served. We enjoyed a very hoppy unfiltered 10 degree Vasek, a more fruity and malty 12 degree brew, and a very well made cherry beer... More
