If you are a tourist and want to go to a traditional Czech restaurant with very excellent quality-price ratio, you should go to this place. Everything about it is simply CZECH! The atmoshere, the meals, the staff, the interiors. I like to come back to this place when my family comes over for a visit to Olomouc. It is better... More

One of our rules of thumb for eating out on holiday is to never return to the same restaurant! However, in this case we made an exception. The brewery beer is exceptional, we tried nearly every variety, the "mandarinka" and "cherry beer" (complete with real cherry inside!) coming out as favourites. The food was tasty, great Czech, meaty goodness, with... More

This micro brewery is an excellent stop off if you want to sample local Czech beer and have good food to go with it. We had the olomoucke tvaruzky between us to start which is a type of cheese local to Olomouc. I had a pork knee with dumplings and sauerkraut for the main which put down a nice bit... More

Comparing to Moritz, the beer here comes in a greater variety, I would find it hard to say which place brews better but just more types to choose from at Saint Wenceslas. As for food I tried 'olomoucke tvaruzky' - a sort of cheese typical for Olomouc and it was good. The service, unfortunately, was the weakest point of my... More

We enjoyed the beer and the food at St. Wenceslas Brewery located just off the Namesti Republiky. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband savored every beer he drank. Soups were good: garlic soup strong with melted cheese and ham bits in the bottom (phew - very pungent) and the beef noodle soup with liver dumplings...thin broth with few... More

Very good restaurant brewery with traditional czech and moravian dishes - pork meat, česnečka, olomoucky tvaružky (mildew cheese). Tasty beers from own brewery - ležak (lager) and special with cherry and chili pepper. Comfortable and cozy summer terrace. And Svatovaclavsky pivovar has beer bath!

Perfect beer brewed in this restaurant, very good food plus wifi available if you need it for your business. However, you should forget about emails and enjoy the dinner / lunch!

I've tried many beeweries but this one I won't forget. When entering you can smell the fresh, just made beer. Staff is friendly, prices are fair and the beer is gorgious. I tried the game menu and it was awesome. Please, don't miss this spot.
