Excellent hotel restaurant

I travel to Brno a few times per year on business. I always look forward to eating at Palazzo. I've eaten there probably a dozen times in the last 3 years. It is fancy, but not *too* fancy. Having eaten at Borgo Agnese the night before, it was probably the wrong way round. This is certainly not a bad restaurant, the food and wine was good, but not a patch on Borgo Agnese. The menu and wine list are fairly limited and 25% more expensive. The cost for the two of us was €80, very good by European... More

Not sure how this restaurant earned so many excellent reviews. Something must have changed. Wait staff was nice but inexperienced. My wife's halibut was not fresh and my risotto was undercooked. They did prepare another dish -- salmon with wasabi mash, which was much better. Unfortunately this was our worst meal in Brno. Had a much better dinner at Pavillon... More

Very good asparagus menu in occasion of a local fair. Local production, creative cuisine, extremely good service, nice setting. Very good Moravian wine. Good value for money and absolutely good place.

We tried the Foie Gras and it was exceptional. Also try their local wines, especially the red ones. The restaurant is small (seating about 25-30 people) so it is recommended to get a booking in advance. Weekends are crowded but there were hardly any people on a weekday.

Amazing food. Beautiful arrangements. Yevete was an incredible waitress. So lovely. She made our evening, aside from the delicious food.

Having spent two lovely evenings at this restaurant over the past week, I can say whole heartedly that I would recommend it to anyone visiting Brno. The food is exceptional (they even provided gluten free options that were not on the menu for my wife), with perfectly balanced flavours on every dish. The service was attentive and reminded me very... More

We were in one night stay in Brno and we came to Palazzo Restaurant very late. Personal was helpful and flexible. Menu is fine dining with moravian touch. You could get local wines by glass.
