Beautiful evening!

This is so amazing restaurant. I was there with my wife when we were in Prague. The food was tasty and waitress were also likeable. I had Leg of rabbit in cream sauce, white-bread dumplings. And my wife had Chicken in Victorian style in quadruple rating, with garlic, cheese and ham and I haven't... read more

Great Czech experience in a traditional restaurant. Slightly off the beaten path and accessed via a corridor and spiral staircase. Excellent service. We shared the Czech platter which was huge - we were so full that we didn't need breakfast the next day (and barely lunch). Great value.

Well worth a visit. The restaurant invokes a medieval spirit and the décor matches. Service was excellent, our waitress was brilliant. The food was the best we found in Prague, a varied menu full of traditional Czech dishes. Servings were large and I thought the beef goulash was the best I have tasted.

The entrance to this restaurant could put some people off. You have to walk through a corridor and then through a door and down lots of steps. Once inside though its very nice. Plenty atmosphere, good beers, nice food and cheap by British standards. Worth a visit!

I found this place through online reviews. The setting was very unique and exciting (medieval, dungeon style). Friendly staff! We had bread with (I think) animal grease instead of butter; I liked it but my wife didn't. But the waiter didn't explain at all what it was. We both ordered steak medium-rare, but we both got medium. However, the meat... More

The place looks really nice, the food and wine was ok, but the behaviour of the staff was terrible. We went there to the only (seemed to be) free table and got seated. One hour after the waitress came and literally told us to go "upstairs", because the table was reserved although there wasn't any sign of it. "Upstairs" eventually... More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
