Warm welcome

The food is Italian-ish - fine but not great. The wine list puts the accent on Italy too. The menu offers a limited range of cocktails but amazingly cheap. The boat makes a great room for dining. What really made this a great evening was the staff, who were very warm and funny.

Attentive staff with a good sense of humour, lovely relaxed setting. Food was lovely! Book in advance for a window table.

Really good Italian food with a reasonable price. The only setback might be the beer price and the amount of beer to choose from.

The food, the sevice, the ambiance and did I mention service! Very good value for money, even though it't not the cheapest choice, worth every penny. Wine selection is huge and do try the duck, very toothsome! wife wanted me add the tiramisu, it was indeed good, prized at 4€

Had an absolutely fantastic night on our anniversary! The food was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed the local wines. The view of the bridge and castle lit up was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and Michael was terrific - really making our night special. Can't recommend it enough and when we go back we will be staying at... More

We chose this restaurant for last dinner in Prague, and are definitely happy with our choice. Even though it was a cold and rainy night, the view and ambience was great. The dinner was excellent and the night was wonderful.

An outstanding unassuming restaurant. With excellent English and prices and the outlook spectacular. Special little place in a special city. The food is fresh and well prepared. Try the local wines.

We made a booking on line in the UK before arriving in Prague on 24th October - all very efficient. The seating area is beautifully fitted out and our table was at the bow of the boat looking out over the river. My meal comprised Mozzarella buffalo with parma ham, rocket and dried tomatoes to start followed by Pork tenderloin... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
