A friend told me about this restaurant and I'd like to spread the word. We had a fantastic meal here and were really well worked after by very knowledgeable staff. They explained each course on our traditional 'degustation' menu beautifully, the wine pairings were perfect and the food was delicious but did not leave you feeling uncomfortable (I don't mean... While we were here on a Thursday night in January, we were the only people in the restaurant. The location was also in the middle of nowhere outside the city and next to the zoo. It was in a residential quiet area. The food was EXCELLENT but the ambiance and being alone was strange. We ordered Pilsner and a bottle... More

Professional staff, knew about wines, served the best food we've had in a long time, and gave excellent service. Great atmosphere in the cosy cellar where time didn't seem to excist. We had nice conversations with the staff who where good at their job, polite and still with a great sence of humor. We just loved the place and its... More

My husband and I had a lovely time during Christmas week. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere is one of a kind. Quite romantic and super cozy. We enjoyed the tasting menus and wine pairings. Very memorable!

Me and my wife were there couple days ago. The cave natural and perfect decorated and so romantic. Seated by the fireplace. Waiters profesional, friendly, gave us complete information about history, menu, recomended wine to our courses. I had a Foie Gras with caramelized apples - sauternes Ch. Armajan 09, Beef steak and mashed potatoes - Brio de Cantenac Brown... More

Truly a must do on visit to Prague. We chose this place to celebrate 3 best friends 50th bday. The place is abt 20 min drive from old town. It is a cave like please with impeccable food and service, The staff is amable and the restaurant manager David was extremely helpful to accommodate our last min request for a... More

This place could be great but it was a let down and a bit of a rip off. The special meal (which was the sole menu choice) said it was six courses. For one of the courses we were served a small ball of sorbet the size of a cherry. Not very impressed. Another of the courses was fish soup... More

Beautiful and unusual natural cave restaurant. Wonderful place. Somewhere you will remember. Lovely food and great service. However we had the 6 course dining experience which wasn't cheap and one of the courses was a piece of sorbet the size of a malteser! Also we were asked if we would like to add wine and that they would bring a... More

Disappointed in the choice of desserts on offer after seeing what they had had previously on website. They were obliging to replace sauerkraut with spinach. Feel the menu could be more cosmopolitan. Venue is wonderful, subtle lighting, comfy soars, log fire - all inside a cave - amazing. Very good service although with long gaps in between courses.

An excellent dinner. Service, atmosphere, location, food and drinks are 99.9% superb experience. It is a bit pricey but this is expected. 2glasses of champagne cost 640Kronar, 2 glasses 0.04 cognac is 900kronar. We chose the Bohemian dish with wine pairing. It was very good. No desser wine was included though which was a bit surprising. Total bill was about... More
