We are non-smoking small family restaurant focused mainly on Czech cuisine. All of our meals are made without any glutamate, dyes, condiments and other preservatives. To flavor dishes we use just salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Come and try! Permanent menu starts at 3pm every weekday. The lunch menu is available from 11am till 3pm until then, but with very limited offer and especially for local people. Regular menu is then available all weekend plus we do weekend specials. Good traditional Czech food

We ate here on our first evening in Prague. Very tasty food. Friendly service. Not expensive. Casual buzzy atmosphere.

We found this place on Tripadvisor and decided to make a visit. We had our hotel make a reservation for us in the morning. The entrance was inviting, the restaurant was clean and well decorated. Greated by gentle staff and the food was excellent! The menu offers what you would expect and the quality was great! We had traditional Czech... More

Our first food and drink stop in Prague and very nice it was too. Tasty, cheap food and good service. Will probably stop by for dinner later in the week.

I arrived in Prague after a week of eating my way through Italy and I was skeptical about finding delicious food. We stayed at the Park Inn which was about a 5 min walk from U Kroka and the first night we decided to try it out. WOW. The food was delicious. We had beer, soup, the best duck I've... More

U Kroka was the best restaurant we visited during our weekend stay in Prague. Food was great and waiting staff truly professional.

We needed to find quickly a good place for a late lunch on Saturday. All places recommended by friends were fully booked or would be closed at 3 pm. Here came the help from the Tripadvisor reviews. When we called the restaurant (they spoke English), they were ready to seat us in 40 minutes. As we stayed at La Ballerina... More

Good local food! This was one of my best experiences so far when trying local food places, not just in Prague. Prices were also very acceptable by European standard.

We chose this restaurant because of its high TripAdvisor rating. So glad we did. Excellent food, ambiance, and price for a fine dining meal in Prague. We were fortunate to make a last minute reservation (be sure to get a reservation or you may get turned away as we saw this happening during our own dinner appointment). We don't speak... More

Really good food, in an out of the way restaurant, which was totally booked out when we went. A hit with our Czech relatives and my children alike. Booking essential
