This restaurant is lovely. Visited without booking, it was busy but they found us a table. The food is wonderful, with ingenious combinations which were really tasty. This is spoken from a non-vegetarian! The decor is cool and different and it's on a quiet side street. Service was excellent also and felt it was not expensive. Favourite meal in Prague.

We wandered in to Lehka Hlava during a lunchtime without booking and were told we'd have to wait about 20 minutes for a table. It was very busy and the staff seemed slightly chaotic. After about 20 mins (good guess!) we got our table and ordered. The drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive and the food arrived shortly after.... More

Traveling with my vegan teenager was challenging to say the least. But in this trendy restaurant we all had a memorable and tasty meal. There is limited seating, so plan ahead with a reservation. Try to smoky tofu dip and the hummus. The falafel was devoured happily by our vegan! My carnivore husband was pleased with his Mexican bean enchiladas,... More

Open your mind - even if you are not vegetarian, as me, you can enjoy just good food as it is. In this case it is vegetarian, but above all it is very very good. They offer wide range of traditional and less traditional plates, so i hope everybody can choose something you will enjoy. Very pleasent staff as well,... More

I've been here twice in august already and I'm not vegetarian. It's always full so try getting a reservation before going there. The staff is friendly and nice. The food is what stands out. On my first trip I had the vegetable kebabs that come with a side dish of potato gratin(awesome) which was really good, on my second trip... More

Take the time to find out how to get here and don't be frightened away by the lack of decor on the outside. The wait staff are very good, the food is excellent and the decor inside is fun. We had trouble phoning for a reservation however, so they could do a bit better with that. Still, we knew where... More

If you are looking for a yummy respite from heavy Czech food this is the perfect place. Healthy, fresh, inspired, quirky, this was a good restaurant. We went with our teenage children who did not appreciate the restaurant as much as we did. Service was fine. Definitely need reservations.

Lehka Hlava is high-end, elegant and moderately priced. Count on a reservation unless you come mid-afternoon. The menu has complexity and subtlety that tell you that a master chef has taken up the vegetarian line. The complete-experience style extends to hand-crafted soft contemporary decor right down to the designer lamps on your table.
