Fabulous...

... But maybe a little pricey for the area. Food was delicious and waiting staff very attentive. Surroundings were sumptuous as was the ambiance. Loved the way the napkins were folded.

We revisited this restaurant after first being there 20 years ago. The food, service, wine and atmosphere have remained consistently good. The wine, locally grown, was superb. The music played on the grand piano was wonderful both times we visited.

This is a large restaurant with high ceilings and art deco design. It was very quiet and there were only about 3 other tables being served. Service was good and we were asked did we wanted a break between courses which was good too. Food was super although one meal arrived when my wife was not at the table. Portions... More

First restaurant we passed but wanted to walk for a bit before eating; an hour later we had really seen anything better and this was a short stroll from the hotel. Service was excellent as was the pace. Value for money and enough food without feeling over stuffed. Recommended for a quiet civilised evening without breaking the bank.

Accomplished kitchen, and serving staff. Eclectic menu, and inexpensive wines - especially the Czech whites!

We went there while we were in our honeymoon in Prague. it was so quiet and the decoration made us travelling to the past: Very romantic place. A great variety of excellent wines were available and the food was absolutelly delicious. The duck breast is really good, never tried some like that. All the waiters were very kind and polite.... Traditional Czech food in a refined, delicious way. Staff very good. Live piano playing really enhanced the feel of the restaurant.

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city.
