Despite the not so great rating on here, we'd read good reviews about this place in a guide book and thought we'd give it a try. However,it has gone!!!
While there are some better Thai and Asian restaurants in Prague, this one is worth a visit. Located directly in the heart of the city (about 5 minutes walk from Old Town Square) it has a nice intimated atmosphere (great for people in love) friendly service and a menu with some exotic food (Burmese, Cambodian, Laotian) you cannot find anywhere... Great Thai food by real Thai cooks. Good service by Czech waiters with English. Pricing not too high. Nice ambience. I think I have been here about twenty times and I keep wanting to go back and everyone I speak to says the same. Try the red duck curry with coconut rice.
surely there are many other restaurants specializing in thai cuisine, and some are probebly more "top notch." however, this one is a pleasant place, has good food, very good prices and the people working there are nice. surely will be going again.
We found this restaurant because it was just around the corner from the hotel where we were staying and thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed. Stayed in hastal hotel on hastalska, prague, and this is 2 mins away - out the door and left. Such a fab find. Lovely tasting Thai, Burmese and Indonesian food. Wonderful flavours, great service, friendly staff. Good prices too. Definitely well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Since we do not eat friends, but only veggies we chose this place for his wide choice of meat-free dishes. I had a Birman curry with okra and... More
Food is so-so. Not bad, not good. Price/value is low and do not await authentic thai taste - something is missing. What matters to us very much - do not await warm welcome, be prepared for long wait for menu and then ordering, and all of this will not happen in a friendly manner. We used to go there on... More
