Excellent service, perfect quality of prepared foods, good parking near the restaurant, attentive owner - during the evening goes to each table. I can only recommend, prices ok due to the location and quality ...

Service is average, no non-smoking area to sit in and food is over salted. Most bizarrely, they do NOT serve Czech beer! Might understand it if they served only Italian beer but it's Heineken and Heineken only. I'd rather go without. Used to come here a lot over the years but I don't think I'll be back again. One of our favorites here in Prague. Excellent food and a good selection of wines. Well worth a visit.

The restaurant needs to take a good look at itself. The food was adequate but the service was inattentive - the waiter forgot to bring menus despite being asked did not check with us that all was OK and did not once offer to refill out glasses. When we got the bill we found we had been charged for three... More

Having lived in Prague previously for a number of years Kogo (Slovansky Dum) was always up there among my favorites. But my recent lunchtime visit was both a surprise and a disappointment. The food was not the issue, the usual high standard although on the expensive side. Eating on the patio on a warm summer day was always Kogo's big... More

Lovely warm summer's day in Prague. The restaurant is located in a secluded court yard just metres from the busy streets but it was an oasis. Extensive menu. Good food and good service. When complimenting the chef on the great food, his reply was "I know"! Would definitely eat there again.

It may cost double what you can pay elsewhere but still worth it, especially if you are going in summer because the outside space is beautiful . Seafood and the pasta are both excellent, service is friendly if a little inattentive , largely due to how busy it can be . If you want to go to an impressive, high... More

For the first time ever, in any restaurant, anywhere on my travels.....I was charged and forced to pay for a jug of tap water !!!! The service was disinterested and inattentive, the food very average. A party of three, having purchased two beers, two bottles of sparkling water, eaten starters, fairly average pasta meals with coffees to finish, was presented... More

Food was so good we went twice. We stayed in Prague for a week and ate at restaurants every night. We thought the food was amongst the best Italian food we've ever had. My wife in particular thought that the seafood grill of octopus, squid and shrimp was divine. My mushroom pasta was quite wonderful. They didn't seem to have... More

We chose this restaurant because of the proximity to our hotel and recommendations we've seen on-line. Service was excellent and food was very enjoyable. Server provided good advice on the amount that we were ordering, pointing out that their portions are large and we might be over-ordering. Shared a caesar salad with chicken; hubby had minestrone soup (1/2 portion, based... More
