Italian cuisine with fresh fish

I was there with my colleagues from abroad. The were amazed by the food quality and stylish looking. Personally, I had as starter Octopus, main course was pasta with sea food and as desert Becherovka :-) it was really good, best octopus I ever had, but the pasta was a little above average. This restaurant is one of the Treasures of Prague in the garden of Slovansky Dum, a nice peaceful setting off one of the busiest shopping streets. The food menu is extensive also they a good variety of wines Czech and from the Balkans, France and Italy. With it being a warm summer evening we ordered some light pasta dishes along... More

A very pleasant place for a romantic dinner. Well-located in old town Prague. Nice menu with many seafood selections and a good wine list. Friendly service and fair prices as well.

I love this restaurant. Any season, you can sit outside and enjoy the spring evening, or stay warm inside in the winter months. Food is always top quality and the staff are fabulous. Although there are cheaper restaurants in Prague, you will not find a match for service and quality that match the surroundings.

Large menu of items to chose from. Food was good. Veal in a saltimbocca dish was overlooked. Waiter took it back...no questions. Biggest reason I can't give a better review is that the restaurant allows smoking in all area and there were many smokers. It is very difficult to enjoy a meal with smoke all over the place.

Having been in the Czech Republic for a few days, we were ready for some Italian food. As we walked the Old Town we came upon Koyo Ristorante, checked the menu and decided to come back that evening. Lots of locals, not a tourist trap! Awesome caprese with fresh buffalo mozzarella, along with a basket of bread (which you have... More

Traveling with friends we had 3 course dinner arranged by our tour company. The waiter was very flexible in making changes to our prearranged and pre- selected meal with no additional charges. All 3 courses were large and of high quality .. A little off the beaten path made it a bit of a challenge to find but with the... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
