My only previous visit had been a less than stellar experience as part of the Grand Restaurant Festival in 2013 but as I’m a regular at other Zatisi Group restaurants I thought I should give Bellevue a chance to redeem itself, particularly after all the attention given to the arrival of the new chef, who has worked in Michelin-starred establishments... With such high praise and being the #1 restaurant in Prague on Trip Advisor, I came in with very high expectations. I order a 3 course selection consisting of the Pan-fried sea scallops, Roasted fillet of veal followed by the Valrhona "Araquani" for dessert. These were accompanied by a duck and chestnut ravioli amuse bouche and a yogurt/celery sorbet after... More

Chose Bellevue, due to great reviews on TripAdvisor and the views of Prague Castle, for a Birthday lunch. However, we left really disappointed. We asked for the Tasting Menu (5 courses) but asked if we could swap the veal for a chicken course and were surprised to be told we couldn't as it was a set menu with no flexibility.... More

Great view to Prague Castle, great degustation menu innovative and reasonably priced for the great food, great presentation, and knowledgeable attentive (not over the top) staff. See the Charles Bridge, then treat yourself to a very fine meal.

Belle vue. The best 3 course meal we have ever had. You need to book in advance. The price matches the quality of the cuisine.

We ate at Bellevue on our final night in Prague and it was the perfect end to a wonderful trip. My husband and I are true foodies so it was a pleasure to talk with our waiter about the entire culinary experience. We chose the two courses which was plenty for us and the waiter helped with our wine selection.... More

Our last night of two week trip in Europe for our family of six. We stayed at some gret places including the Sirenuse Positano and Corinthia in London and Alchymist in Prague. Was really looking forward to a memorable dinner based on the reviews we read. Nice view, good service, good appetizer and less than average main course. Only three... More

Dear hockeylax, thank you for taking your time to write a review of Bellevue. I am sorry to hear about your experience. It is very hard to believe that you did not like any of these 3 mentioned dishes, especially a chewy monkfish seems a bit odd, I cannot see a sigle review that would say anything like this. Anyways... More

I love this restaurant. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is superb. The location has beautiful views. I had the sea scallops for the starter and the cod for the main course. It is now officially my favorite restaurant in Europe.

Well after all, I finally visited Bellevue.. I wasn't sure, whether I should prefer Bellevue or V Zatiší. Nevertheless Bellevue tempted me more. I have nothing more to say to the dishes (style, cooking, presentation,...) than it was excellent. Waiters seems to me little bit dizzy and not so much focused, even though in the restaurant was just a few... More

Dear MarsellusWallace, thank you for your review of Bellevue. The atmosphere during lunch time and daylight is very different. Lunch is much calmer which of course takes a lot from the atmosphere of the restaurant. I hope you will come for dinner time one day and experience Bellevue once more. I had a romantic dinner with my boyfriend at Bellevue. We requested a table with a nice view and they put an extra table in the room just for us to have the view because all tables had been reserved. Bellevue has a beautiful view of the Prague Castle. The food was delicious and had amazing presentation too. The waiter... More
