We sat on the terrace of this restaurant to have some dinner. As drinks we ordered beer, one small lager and one large dark Velko. Well, we both were served lager. That's not a problem, a beer is a beer. We went straight to main courses and decided to have some Czech specialities: goulash with bread dumplings and roasted pork... More

Food was very nice and the beer is dirt cheep! Staff were a bit weird but overall great quality. We went there a few times as it was a great value and the food was tasty. The location is really good as well as it was just around the corner of our hotel and on the way to the main... More

This place is a nice local restaurant, which was in fact what attracted us to it. We were looking for nice simple, not-pricey, food and that is exactly what we got. All the food was cooked nice.

My friend and I had dinner there last night. I ordered the roast duck with dumplings and red cabbage. It was the worst meal I've had in years! The duck had been reheated and warmed up to the point of being totally dry, like cardboard , tough and tasteless. The dumplings were cold and the red cabbage a sticky, gluggy... More

Was in the cellar and ate there, the food was perfect and so was the service. The girls were a bit stresed but there was a lot going on. Seems the the Czech people use the restuarant. we had a gang of 10-12 czech lads next to us and the had great fun which raised the "feelgood" factor of this... More

It's literally designed to milk the casual tourist walking in. Leaving on the table stale pretzels and almonds and then charging for them just at the time of the bill is lame, nobody was informed about the cost of those and it's not mentioned on the menu either. Food is very average, beer is good as it is in every... More

After visiting your restaurant on May 27 th with my friends, I must express my gratitude for the ongoing evening, the food was great, nice and smiling waitress and Czech beer babe. On the next visit Prague again, do not forget to visit your restaurant. Recommend to all.

Nothing special. Dumplings very dry but meal sizes OK for the price. Pleasant enough staff but they do remind there is no service in the price, hint, hint A tip is expected.

Visited last year 2 of their restaurants. They have very big portions (you can split the meal in half and still wonder if you can really eat so much food) at good prices. I've tried soups, hermelin cheese, pork, chicken with vegetables, dumplings.. all dishes is simply delicious. The beer (Pilsner) is also very cheap. I recommended it at full... More
