The brewery and restaurant U Tri ruzi in Prague is situated in the historical center on Husova street close to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right after your entering the feeling of the unique atmosphere of an Old-Prague brewery will overcome you. The feeling is intensified by wall-paintings by artists Jiri Bernard and Pavel Jakl who drew and painted pictures about the history of brewing in the Czech lands as the rich history of the house (the brewery U Tri ruzi).

Nice place near Charles bridge. It is not easy to find, but if you like beer you should spend some time and find it. The beer is delicious, but they didn't have any wheat beer when we were there. The cuisine is tasty. I really liked their chicken with potato and burger. Also they have several vegetarian dishes which is... More

Average food combined with below average service made this a one-time visit for us. Nice place to have a beer though.

Selection of beers is very good. Especially brown beer was wonderful. It is located very close to the Old Town Square and can easily be found. Food was not for my Turkish taste but I an sure it is nice for people who are used to it.

Starter of stuffed mushrooms with cheese, main courses of fallow deer and a rib eye. All very acceptable and very tasty.

The best pale ale I've ever drunk, and I've had plenty! A great lime kick and a beautiful nose to go along with it. Then there's the pork knuckle (for 2, though it could feed 3 or 4). A beautifully treated joint of pork with gorgeous accompaniments, including pickled peppers and a sauerkraut to die for. The roast potatoes were... More

Nice selection of beers fitting for a sample menu, nice staff and good snacks to go with the beer. Not too crowded for an early evening but reservations wont hurt.

It is brave to say that any place in Prague has the best beer but I tried my best to taste many beers on my several trips to Prague and at 'U tri ruzi' I had the best draft beers in all of my trips to the Czech Republic. It is difficult to find the place in the small streets... More

The ribs had more fad the meat, the burger tastes as old meat with blood, both without spice. Beer was perfect. Never again

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
