Great find

This is a nice neighborhood restaurant and bar out of the way, near the excellent Hotel Julian. The food is good and reasonable. My wife had borscht soup and I had asparagus as appetizers. We stumbled into this restaurant one night when we were on the way to another place, and we're glad we did. In fact, it was so good the first night, we decided to go back the next day. The first night I had the grilled salmon--grilled to perfection, by the way, just slightly underdone and piping hot. A minute later... More

Being in Prague we wanted to eat something traditional and good. We looked in tripadvisor for opinions. We can only confirm the good reviews. We ordered svickova and fried cheese with fries. The second dish was not in the menu but it was not an problem to prepare it. Very very tasty food. The beer was also very good, especially... More

Wonderful restaurant. I can recommend the gnocchi with chicken, my husband was equally satisfied with his goulash.Great food and great value for money, our bill including beer and wine was approximately £13.

If you looking for a quiet and tradicional restaurant, there is it. Frendly staff, good food and beer. You must try the tardicional duck! The prices is low, very low. :) -- HU Ha egy csendes helyet keresel vacsorához, ez az. Barátságos a kiszolgálás, baromi alacsony árak mellett. A kaja egyszerűen szuper. A húsleves kihagyhatatlan. Nice place where to stop by when you walk along Vltava river on the way to Malá Strana or back to Anděl. Food is great, prices very good as well as service.

The waiters were polite and helpful with speaking English. The food was delicious and between us we tried all of the fantastic homemade lemonades. We were pre-warned that the pudding (fruit dumplings) would take 15minutes but we hardly noticed as we were very content and happy to sit there. Modern yet comfortable surroundings. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have never struggled so much on deciding what to order! Seriously the description of every entree or starter was amazing - we resolved to come back here AT LEAST once more because the food was so tasty. Service was also great and everything was very affordable. Beef stroganoff was unlike anything we've ever had and my... More

We were scheduled to go to a much more high end, fancy place in Old Town. It was the end of our trip and we were staying across the street at Hotel Julian. When we were walking home I noticed how clean and nice the restaurant looked, I checked TripAdvisor and decided it was worth a shot. So glad I... More
