Great, local spot!

This restaurant was recommended by Sandemans Tour guide, Sarah. (I had asked her where a solo female might get great food and feel comfortable dining.) This restaurant, (English translation: Fork and Knife) was perfect. Casual atmosphere, excellent food and service, and terrific beer. (Tried the... read more

Staff not very helpfull when it comes to explaining what dishes they offer. Reasonable prices and big meals, however you can find something better for the same price.

We went there for lunch on friday, luckily we made a reservation because it was very busy. When making the reservation we were recommended to order meals from the daily menu otherwise it would take around an hour to prepare it. My parents had some of their normal meals before and said it had been very good. We were all... More

Put simply--great food, service, and price. I could not be happier with my meal here. The food was fantastic, and the dining was informal and relaxed. What is there not to like? I highly recommend!

Cozy place with friendly staff. Tried some pasta dishes, it was okay and cheap. House wine and beer were good and cheap, also their mojitos were really good! Most of the customers were locals. We liked it!

Cute little restaurant. I have been here several times over the space of 2 years. The food and quality of service never disappoint. The knerlicky dessert dumplings are a must here. Do not leave Prague without trying them at least once. Steak tartare is also good, albeit a bit smaller portion (120g) than the typical Czech 150g but they don't... More

This was sort of a balm for our stomachs after previous -day- dinner- disaster! Cozy place with a good service which you notice in small details. The food was great and the exclamation mark of all was the home made parfait! Delicious! We paid double less than the day before at another place and got ten times more pleasure memories!

Excellent food across road from apartment. Great value and good quality traditional Czech fare as well as more modern dishes.

A simple place close to Smichov in Prague. Welcoming and warm with tasty Czech food and beer! And cheap! We had a pikantni guláš and svičkova na smetaně!

I came to this place with an interest to test it, but just for a beer. They havent got my favourite Pilsner. It took them a while to ask me, what I want. Place is one room in front of the bar. Even noone was smoking I could feel kind of smoke and especially smells from the kitchen. There was... More
