A great find, between old town and the National Theater

Modern decor, yet not cold. Very friendly staff with good English. Good wine with good advice to match your taste and dishes. Menu is limited but changing often enough - written in chalk on a black board. Presentation was very beautiful. I ordered the marinated tuna and it felt like a little... read more

Red Pif was recommended by my hotel and I am glad I went there (twice). The restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere (no table cloth) with a modern design. It is a small and popular place - reservations are recommended. The selection of food is limited to a few starters and main courses and change frequently. It's modern French/Mediterranian cuisine. Quality... More

Red Pif is one of the best restaurants of prague, here you can get very modern meal but also traditional and always you have to love it... Wine offer is excellent and during summer they have very nice garden outside.

Perfect service! Waitresses perfect in English and very helpful! Rely on them to pick the wine that best suits the dish, they will even let you taste so you can judge for yourself. for around 20€ (max!) the meals are prepared with the most possible care. Hidden gem!

We went to this restaurant after having read nice things about it on Tripadvisor. We had a very nice welcoming and the place is very nice. The staff were very kind and the food good. The only negative aspect was that we found the portions were a bit too small considering the price. But we enjoyed it and we would... More

We stumbled across the place on a back street when our initial restaurant selection was closed. It was quite empty and we were quickly seated at the back window. The interior was modern and edgy - they also focused on interesting food and wines. Service was friendly, quick, and great. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful time.... More

We had diner on saturday night in this restaurant with friends. The service was GREAT and friendly, we had some wonderfull Czech red wine. The menu is very short, which shows everything is homemade. The special was lobster that we all had, it was soo good.. ! When we left, we asked a bar to go nextdoor to the waitress... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
