Description: Amade is in the heart of the old city of Prague in a superbly renovated baroque "Pachta" palace. The restaurant's name suggests a connection to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Amade being his nickname), who used to spent time in this palace during his visits to Prague. The Amade cuisine is as intriguing and unique as Mozart's music.Visit us for an impressive culinary experience, be it a multi course meal or just a coffee and an amazing plum pie. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Charles Bridge in a private setting, whether you come for a VIP business lunch or a candlelit romantic dinner. To complement our a la carte menu, we also offer breakfasts and daily lunch menus for a very modest price.Contact us if you would like to book the restaurant for private parties, catering or gift certificates.

We went here for dinner one night on recommendation from TA. The place was very nice and well decorated. But we felt somewhat out of place as we were backpackers and most of the clientele where dressed formally. However the service was good. Food was slow getting to us but was very tasty and a decent portion. Very much enjoyed... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at Amadeus. The dishes were flavourful, vegetables fresh and not over cooked, and the service friendly. The Czech Merlot was a wonderful surprise. One of the best meals of our trip so far.

The food is good, but the waiter was not friendly as the other servers were. While, the food was good, it was very, very pricey, and the dining room was hot and stuffy. I usually do not give a bad review, but in spite of the great reviews we were disappointed, especially with the costly entrees. Being really hungry, we... More

Absolutely delicious and our waiter was very informative and friendly. Lovely restaurant and atmosphere as well and great location near the bridge and river. Highly recommend the pork belly and the cinnamon parfait with apple sauce and gingerbread for desert.

We arrived late in the evening shortly before closing time. The staff was friendly and the food was divine! I had a lovely fish entree, and the most delicious poached pear with chocolate dessert. We were able to enjoy the sight of fireworks over the Danube River as we ate. Lovely place.

We had a wonderful stay at Mamaison Suite Hotel Pachtuv Palace in Prague. The service was the best we have had both for the hotel and for the restaurant. Ondrej knew all of our "regular" drink orders by the second day and always made sure our family of 5 was well taken care of!

Staff is very friendly and responsive. The dinner foods are well portioned and tasty. The breakfasts have a gracious assortment of choices. I am happy to visit here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending this place for a good dinner in a modern and comfortable space.

We ate here twice once at lunch time and once for an evening meal. The food was superb and well presented. The staff were excellent on both visits, very friendly and helpful.
