Description: Amade is in the heart of the old city of Prague in a superbly renovated baroque "Pachta" palace. The restaurant's name suggests a connection to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Amade being his nickname), who used to spent time in this palace during his visits to Prague. The Amade cuisine is as intriguing and unique as Mozart's music.Visit us for an impressive culinary experience, be it a multi course meal or just a coffee and an amazing plum pie. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Charles Bridge in a private setting, whether you come for a VIP business lunch or a candlelit romantic dinner. To complement our a la carte menu, we also offer breakfasts and daily lunch menus for a very modest price.Contact us if you would like to book the restaurant for private parties, catering or gift certificates.

We had our wedding dinner in Amade 2 weeks ago. We have reserved the whole restaurant and it was great for intimate atmosphere. We were proposed to do welcome drink in the beatiful yard of the restaurant and it was great. We and guests enjoyed the place and the attitude of the staff. Special thanks to Mr.Radek for his attitude during... More

Food, drink, atmosphere, service were super! When we happened upon it just after lunch there were few people there so we had it almost to ourselves. Grrrreat beer and food!

Service was excellent, food delicious. At first it looks very expensive, but it's not. It's worth it.

What a phenomenal restaurant. Luckily attached to our hotel, this is a great place for food. Prompt service, amazing food, and cheap!! £25 for a meal for two with many beers. You don't get that in the UK! Would thoroughly recommend and I think I could be eating here more often.

We turned up really, really late for dinner and the waiter was very accommodating. The food was excellent (veal schnitzel and duck leg) and it was just a lovely place to sit in- lovely decor. Would definitely recommend.

Attached to the Hotel that boasts being Mozart's residence in Prague this is a great restaurant really lovely food and friendly service. All in a lovely atmosphere with a wonderful view looking up at the Castle! Less than £2 for a beer and meals no more than £10 for a Venison Wellington.

I saw one or two comments on here that criticized the service, but my partner and I had no such issues. We popped in at lunch looking for a quick coffee and immediately thought we should leave, as it clearly looked like a restaurant rather than a cafe, but the member of staff encouraged us to stay, letting us know... We were trying to arrange a wedding here but after the shoddy way we were treated by the management we have cancelled at short notice and will be looking for alternative. Owner and manager cancelled or failed to show for meetings. Then demanded a meeting within 24 hours notice and 100% of the fee within 3 days of that because... More

The place is really lovely decorated and the staff so welcoming. The food is very tasty and it's a real pleasure to discover a real sophisticated Czech cuisine .. I highly recomment the ragout of deer. For sure I'll eat in Amade when I come back to Praha and recommend this place to my friends, for its quality and good... More
