...Of this unusually attractive restaurant within an impressive building near the old city. A combination of Czech and international food, we chose the former. A small starter of smoked salmon and beetroot which was not exceptional. BUT followed by huge helpings of wonderfully rich beef goulash washed down with an exceptional red wine..quite quite delicious. Puddings defeated us and perhaps... More

The architects club is a complex that combines an exhibit hall, a very nice gift shop and an excellent restaurant. All located in an old impressive building next to the old city. The restaurant is located in the basement. The food is a combination of Czech and international dishes. We had excellent soups and fish dishes. Comparing to other restaurants... More

I´ve visited this restaurant more than a dozen times over the years. It has never let me down: this old cellar restaurant offers an authentic, hearthy Czech meal in a really nice atmosphere. Word of warning: steep stairs, so not easily approachable with prams etc. And Czech food tends to be based on meat, so not too many vegetarian options... More

Very beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. We ordered quite traditional meals which was maybe a mistake since they do serve modern stuff as well. We enjoyed the experience anyway.

Opposite of the Bethlehem Church you"ll find this nice cellartype restaurant with cosy atmosphere. Traditional food with a modern twist. Great value for your money ! Definitely worth a visit, we would go again

Gorgeous, I mean gorgeous cellar type restaurant. Small selection of excellent dishes. Best potato soup in Prague. Great service. Easy to get to by walking

It was like being in a cave with lovely soft lighting. The food was very good, I had the beef steak which was cooked perfectly and the desserts were fab. Lovely atmosphere.

Stopped for lunch and it was a cool place both in temperature and venue. Food was good, service was good and the beer was cold. Would definitely go again for good basic food that was well done.

Great eating in the vaults but the food was pretty standard, nothing special, and the service rather stuffy. They cleared our plates away the second we finished eating and we felt rather rushed. No service with a smile here.

We found this little place on Trip Advisor, it's tucked away and downstairs, but is quite charming. We had been wandering about that day, so did not have reservations, but were told if we were willing to "table share" with another couple that they could seat us. I had read about this concept previously, so we were delighted to give... More
