The Pind or The Pit? And obnoxious "would-be" manager

I ate here years ago and was not impressed either way. Being in the area, I decided to see if they improved. My impression was gradually changing from OK, to not worth coming, to never again. Summary - the papadom - stale - the "mango chuntey" - diluted into liquid - the "vindaloo" tasted... read more

Another amazing Sunday lunch at the Pind and it is the consistency of the taste of the dishes that allures me back to this place. This time we went for the sizzling Lamb Kebabs and Chicken Tandoori hand scooped with Nan bread.....delicious. Then we went for the Rogan Josht and succumbed once again for the Lamb Biryani cooked to perfection... More

My colleague and i love this Indian restaurant so much so that we will always dine in this restaurant whenever we have business trip in Prague. In several occasions we even organized gathering dinner at this restaurant for colleagues and the last one we organized in Nov. It serves excellent Indian cuisine which is real authentic. The staff here are... More

I have been to eight Indian restaurants in Prague in my recent Prague trip and The Pind was best of all. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality. The buffet was very economic and had a lot of varieties. The food was very tasty. I would recommend it to all for an excellent Indian meal.

The food was excellent. But more heart warming was the warmth shown by the staff. And they virtually coaxed us into over eating. They gave personalised attention to all of us. Do make it a point to visit them for Indian cuisine
