Good service, good food

in a very quiet location, just near some governmental buildings. Food, coffee and bakery products were very good. The cappucinos were very good! Service was efficient but "cool." Very reasonable.

We only stopped In for glasses Of wine. I have never ever had a service like this!!! As we wanted to pay, we did not receive any receipt. We only got some piece Of paper with something handwritten In it. We gave money to the waiter and did not get our change, and as we asked for it she went... More

Really nothing special here and under staffed. Even with very few customers it took us a long time to get served and even longer to get the bill. Food was just ok.

We were staying in the Hotel(Three Storks) and decided to eat here on the first night whilst we were awaiting the arrival of our friends. We were so pleased we did as the food was delightful. The service was good and the surroundings were pleasant to. One of the nicest meals we had in prague over the weekend!

Good meat but not a lot to eat... Do not recommend even the waiter is good. The place is good. Dessert is soso. We really have to wait a very long time.

Making a reservation for three via e-mail was easy and the confirmation was prompt. We arrived quite late, 8PM, so by the end of the meal we felt a bit rushed to complete our dinner, but the food was absolutely delicious! Our party had wild boar ravioli/beet-goat's cheese carpaccio, rabbit/chicken/Pancetta pasta and Bailey's coffee/hot chocolate with Creme Bruleé, and with... More

Our first night in Prague, this did not disappoint! From the clean interior and sympathetic decor, to the great value, great tasting food and the helpfulness of the staff this has lots to offer. Prices are very reasonable. Would visit again, soon maybe!

Chose this restaurant for our first night in Prague - too tired to venture far. We were not disappointed. Would have returned to it if we had had more time in Prague.

Our hotel was nearer the Charles bridge and the main street which is very busy and full of people. We wanted somewhere quiet and the reviews in Tripadvisor led us here. It was empty at 8.30 on a Thursday evening and we did have second thoughts but decided to stay. So glad we did, the menu is more international than... More

Apparently an inn with a long tradition on a quaint square dominated by the beautifully renovated Waldstein palace which houses the Senate of the Czech parliament, this restaurant has recently been carefully modernized and seems to cater mainly for a local business clientele (as opposed to the countless heavily tourist-orientated restaurants just two blocks away). We went there on an... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
